This Manxin hotel truly pays attention to detail. The moment I stepped into the lobby, the pleasant aroma instantly made me feel welcome. The live singer hired by the hotel also added a wonderful atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping on the floors, were all polite and professional. It was excellent.

The room was very clean, and the decor was high-end, definitely up to five-star standards. The service was also very thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices! Plus, the hotel's location is probably the best in Harbin – you step right out and there's the cathedral! You can even see the cathedral from inside the hotel. The hotel's renovation is both classic and luxurious. It's super close to Central Street, the Harbin Museum, and the Baroque district. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam nearby, and I didn't expect it to be so convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from the exam venue and a few hundred meters from the shopping mall, making dining very convenient. There's an airport bus stop right outside, and the staff even helped me onto the bus because they saw I had a lot of luggage. One of the staff members even bumped her head, which I felt really bad about 😭. I told the front desk I was worried about being cold, and they even brought me a small heater, but I wasn't actually cold at all. The breakfast was also delicious; I especially loved the Russian kebab. In short, the service was very attentive, and the location was very convenient. 100 points!
