The Huarong Hotel is centrally located, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding architecture is beautiful, and the hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Although it's an older hotel with a sense of history, I appreciate that kind of substantial feel over a budget hotel. It has parking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities. The front desk service is excellent, and the people of Harbin are very kind. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay: the bedding was not arranged properly, with the corner of the duvet dragging on the floor. This posed a safety hazard, and I actually tripped over it the night I checked in. It was quite painful to walk afterward. I spoke to the staff at the front desk about what happened, and they tried to find medicine for me but couldn't, so I bought some myself. That night, I called Ctrip to explain the situation, and their staff were incredibly empathetic. They offered to contact the Huarong Hotel immediately, but I told them it was too late and to do it the next day, as I wanted to observe my leg injury overnight. The next morning, my leg was swollen and bruised. Ctrip staff informed the hotel, and the hotel manager and lobby manager came to my room to understand the situation and offered to take me to the hospital for an examination. I declined, saying I would go myself so as not to trouble them. The examination showed no obvious signs of fracture in my left knee joint, but suggested further clinical examination if necessary to rule out a hidden fracture. I continued to communicate with Ctrip staff, who were very responsible and actively liaised with the hotel. I'm especially grateful to Ctrip; I've been a member for decades, and they are truly trustworthy. I also appreciate the hotel manager for continuing to check in on my injury. Thank you all. I hope the hotel addresses these safety hazards in the rooms so that guests can stay safely and happily.

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Harbin. It's located right within the Zhonghua Baroque Scenic Area, just 5 stops away from the train station on bus 207, and not far from Metro Line 3. The hotel boasts a retro民國 (Republic of China) design style and even offers various qipaos for guests to take photos with the Baroque streetscape. The shower has great water pressure, and the bathtub fills up quickly. The hairdryer is powerful, making it comfortable and fast to wash and dry your hair. Afternoon tea service is also provided. They offer laundry and drying services; a basket of travel clothes was washed, dried, and returned to my room in less than 3 hours. The direct drinking water system is also very convenient to use. Overall, it felt comfortable and convenient. My only suggestion is that both layers of the bathroom door are glass. At night, with the indoor lights on, you can see into the bathroom from the outside, even if it's not perfectly clear. It would be beneficial to add more covering for both daytime and nighttime privacy.

After comparing many hotels for my trip to Harbin, I finally chose Taoyuan Holiday Hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! It's a Ctrip 3-diamond hotel, perfectly situated between Central Avenue and the train station, so the location is a huge win. Central Avenue is just a short walk away, with Madieer ice cream, various Russian snacks, and popular shops everywhere, making it super convenient for night strolls and enjoying local food. It's also very close to the train station, so there's no need to rush for your train – absolutely perfect for travelers. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and odorless, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent; despite the lively street outside, it didn't disturb my rest. The front desk service was gentle and attentive, even proactively recommending local hidden gems. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether for sightseeing or a short business trip, it's a great choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. Its interior design features a luxurious, dark, and opulent aesthetic. On the first day, we encountered an unpleasant smell in our room and bloodstains on the pillowcase, which necessitated a room change. The next day brought further issues: we almost accidentally drank detergent from a water bottle that was mistakenly refilled, experienced a power trip in the middle of the night, and a toilet overflow. These incidents collectively point to problems with aging facilities. However, what truly stood out was the proactive and excellent attitude of the entire staff, including the owner. They were genuinely dedicated to resolving problems and making amends. This provided a great sense of security, especially for someone traveling alone. This positive response was the main reason we chose not to switch hotels despite the numerous incidents. I hope that when I visit again next winter, these issues will have been significantly improved, and the road in front of the hotel will be smoother.

It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

First, the positives: the location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station. We could easily get to the Ice and Snow World, Central Street, and Harbin Station by subway. The room amenities were quite comprehensive. We booked a sunny king room, which offered good ventilation and decent natural light. We did lay down an extra sheet ourselves, as there were some small stains on the original one, possibly not thoroughly cleaned. The room might be a bit small, but it was just about right for two people. Now for the downsides: the heating was turned up way too high. On the first night, my throat and nose became dry and sore. Also, the room was on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up ourselves. Another thing is that this guesthouse doesn't allow late check-outs; you have to leave by 12 PM. We weren't aware of this initially, and the owner didn't inform us before we checked in.

This B&B is located within the Chinese Baroque scenic area. There are many great spots for photos, and the night view is stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet and automated curtains. We could also project movies onto the screen to watch TV. The room was very warm, and all the facilities were brand new. We had a fantastic stay for 3 days. Inside the scenic area, you'll find various food options, cultural and creative products, a cake shop, a chocolate shop, and even a halal restaurant both inside and outside the area. Photo 3 shows the halal restaurant within the scenic area, photo 4 is the entrance of our B&B, and photo 1 shows the interior courtyard of the accommodation.

The environment of this e-sports hotel is quite quiet. The equipment in the room is new and runs smoothly. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. It is suitable for hanging out with friends. The network is stable. It is a good choice for those who want to take a rest. For those who have gaming experience, it is worth the money.
