GGuest UserThe location is great, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. There's plenty of free and easily accessible parking. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious dishes. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the smart toilet was a nice touch! My only minor complaint would be that the air conditioning wasn't very effective; it would be much more convenient to operate it directly with a remote control.

Not very satisfied is that the pillows are too soft, the quilt is too thick, and the wind cannot be opened and the wind is too stuffy.

The front desk lady was gentle and efficient; check-in was super fast, and she even upgraded us to a room with a great view. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly therapeutic! The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. It's only about a ten-minute drive to the business district, so transportation is super convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserVery satisfied, the service is very good, suitable for families, clean and hygienic, the front desk service is very warm, especially the front desk staff Li Jiabao, who carefully guided us from the moment we entered the door and responded promptly to any needs. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a children's ball pool and a library. The children can't stop playing. The hotel decoration is also very unique and cute, and it looks good for taking pictures. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I want to come again next time

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

GGuest UserI selected this hotel because its package specifically featured two live performances held inside Chikan Ancient Town, and indicated that tickets for these shows could be collected at the hotel front desk—implying that the package included special VIP tickets for both events.
However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide any special tickets for the two shows to its guests. If I wished to secure VIP seating for the fire show, I would need to pay an additional fee at the venue entrance. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation. Had the hotel package not prominently highlighted these two performances and stated that tickets could be picked up at the front desk, I would not have chosen this hotel for my trip.
Although the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, the overall service level of the staff was merely average.

Since I decided to stay here on short notice and did not book in advance, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager Tan introduced the various room types very carefully and patiently, allowing me to choose a suitable room. The hotel is very beautiful and suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff are all very nice and will take the initiative to provide services, but I feel that there are too few service staff and everyone is very busy. The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. There were many people sitting in the lobby bar, but no one was consuming and the various conditions were very similar to a vegetable market. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it.

When you ask where the buffet is, the Thai Pavilion directs you to the second floor of the Tang Feng Pavilion. When you go up, they tell you to go to the front desk on the first floor to check out. In short, it is very troublesome. There is no 5-country pavilion in those pavilions.
Think twice about the so-called good service on the Internet. There is no service value for 600 yuan a night. Please train your employees. They are all like interns. They are very annoying from the check-in. Later, a lady who looks like a manager appeared and said all kinds of apologies and gave instructions. In short, it was a very bad experience!
