GGuest UserWe were hardly been at the hotel, the room was ok ! worth the money. But the reception staff needs to be more courteous and responsive. A bit upset as this is the first time ever we had experienced this. Wish they had little more training to handle the customers. From checkin to breakfast full confusions. The hotel is ok, well placed and the rooms are satisfactory. Over all good except for some short comings.

GGuest UserRooms were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. Dinner was good at the restaurant. However, we were informed the restaurant will be open at 7:30am for breakfast but it was not operational even at 8:15am due to which we had to look for other options outside. The mattress was too soft which was not quite comfortable. Rest all good

GGuest UserWe booked a non ac room for 1 night by paying rs. 4600- which was 2x of the normal rates, room had no telephone to call at reception for any services, bisleri w alter was not provided instead a local water filler in the plastic jar was given which was very pathetic experience. The hotel provides hot water in the bathroom only till 8. 30am which was surprising, we had to take a bath with cold water only. Only 1 bath towel was provided in the room, when we requested at the reception to give a fresh towel it was refused upfront. No north indian food option at restaurant, just written from advertising. The overall experience was not pleasant with the hotel at this price range

GGuest UserThe hotel melody park is very near beach and walkable distance for temple and you can see sunrise and sunset and it is located also walkable distance. The hotel maintenance is very clean and hygiene. Over all this hotel is very good to stay with family.

GGuest UserDOUBLE BED AC ROOM SEA VIEW , had an average experience with staying, For guests also they charge for a swimming pool not suitable for children min depth 6 feet, and for breakfast they get North Indian hotel beside the hotel, taste are waste don't opt for breakfast, in rest room shower are not working and water force not adequate to use, only the best near the Kanyakumari beach, I rate 2 star for stay..
