Facilities: The regularity of the hotel has always been very good! Hygiene: There was a small problem during this stay. I turned on the shower and found water stains and hair, which was a bit surprising. Environment: I took a taxi here. There was no reserved passage for the fence on the roadside. It would be risky to go through the parking lot entrance and the lift pole. Service: Good! The overall experience was good! 🫡

After getting off the plane, there is a pick-up service. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by enthusiastic service staff. It feels very warm. The girls at the front desk are also very enthusiastic and look very easy-going. The room facilities are very new and very good. The room space is large and feels very warm. I really like the hotel. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Henglong Plaza, and only a 10-minute walk from the East Gate of Baotu Spring. There was a bit of traffic congestion getting to the hotel entrance due to road construction at Henglong. The room was clean, though the minibar counter was a bit small, making it inconvenient to place things. I'd suggest making it a desk-like surface for easier bag placement. There was no wardrobe, so I'd recommend adding hanging facilities on the wall next to the head of the bed. The bedding was comfortable, hot water was plentiful with good water pressure, and the soundproofing was good; it was very quiet with the window closed. The staff were very enthusiastic, especially the young lady who checked us in – she provided very detailed information. Breakfast was rich, clean, and hygienic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The service attitude is very, very good. From checking in on the 1st to checking out on the 5th, I had contact with the front desk staff every day. From the first day of check-in (it was past 11 o'clock in the evening), I needed to add more clothes hangers. The sex slippers and quilt were all delivered to the room promptly. Since I couldn't finish the bread that day, I put it in the hotel restaurant refrigerator and picked it up from the front desk the next day (I didn't want to bother the staff to deliver it). The front desk said it would be delivered to the room, and the service was special with a smile. Delivered to the door, the service is really great. There was something wrong with the sink on the second night after I checked in. I was immediately sorted out and even brought some snacks. I felt very satisfied up to this point. The next day I got a call from the hotel and said they were sorry and would give me a free upgrade to a larger room (than mine). The reservation was at least twice as big)

👍This is the best hotel I have stayed at among the dozens of all-season hotels. It is clean and the things are relatively new. But the front desk service is still the standard for all seasons - poor. Who knows! The whole season is really good and comfortable ～ The whole season is simple and gentle, the lighting is warm, and the photos are huge. The bathroom is super clean, the bedding is soft and fufu, the sound insulation is superb, and it is not noisy at all. The service is super intimate, responsive, and will quietly surprise a little surprise. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is super suitable, the price is full, and it has been included in my treasure hotel list, unlimited repurchase!

The room was in a good location, with plenty of attractions nearby, and the new area was relatively clean. A few negatives: parking in front of the hotel wasn't easy. It's a new hotel, and the room we stayed in had a particularly strong smell; I'm not sure about other rooms. The trash cans in the rooms didn't have bags, perhaps for environmental reasons or something (I asked, and they said they didn't forget to put them in), but wouldn't that make it dirty? Even though it's a new hotel, the showerhead didn't work, and it was fixed after I reported it. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the experience wasn't great. Even compared to other Four Seasons hotels, the service was average. When we checked in, they recommended (or maybe tricked us?) an upgrade and late checkout. Isn't that a perk for every room? Some other Four Seasons hotels offer departure gifts, and if there's a problem with the room, they'll send you small pieces of fruit or something. While the offerings aren't substantial, it was a nice gesture. It's not that I'm bad, but compared to this one, it's just not as good!

This whole season is too convenient, and it is especially pleasant to go to the impression of Jinan Quan World next to it at night. The check-in at the front desk was very fast, the service was warm, the room was more spacious and clean than expected, and the smart toilet and oversized TV were all extra points. Breakfast must be praised. On the top floor, the variety is rich, the freshly cooked noodles are hot to a bowl, and the vitality is full in an instant. Chinese and Western are absolutely full. Going out is convenient for eating in the business district, and I will choose his home next time I come to Jinan.

Their service is really thoughtful and enthusiastic, the sanitation is very clean, it is convenient to enter and exit the scenic area, and the overall comfortable experience is good 6. When you step into the room, the warm atmosphere hits you, and the gentle attitude of the service staff is the icing on the cake. The location is excellent and the convenience is extraordinary

Th hotel is amid residential area but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. 👍service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) The staff was so friendly. 👍room - very clean, and spacious. Have cute tea set. 😍😍😍 👍bathroom - amazing shower head and heated toilet seats. 🤭🤭🤭 😐amenities - have most but didn’t have body lotion. 😔 😐 breakfast - standard Chinese breakfast. 👍 location- very close to train station (less than 10min( but don’t stay here if you are looking to have fun in the city. It’s a bit far from everything. The warm friendly welcome I received from the staff would make me want to stay here over and over again.
