Hanting Properties in Lanzhou

Hotel stay is great experience Once in the lobby, it is spacious and bright, and the check-in is fast and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was elastic, the quilt was soft and skin-friendly, and it was super relieved to sleep. The bathroom was cleaned with shiny tiles, the shower could adjust the temperature at will, and it was super relaxing after washing. Hotel location, a few steps from the subway station, travel is very convenient. The surrounding shopping malls and snack streets have everything, and it is too happy to go out to eat and eat at night. Check out is also simply, no need to wait. This trip stayed and was satisfied in all aspects. I also highly recommend it to friends who travel, and I can have a comfortable journey!

I had a wonderful two days in Lanzhou. We checked in early on the first morning, a little after 7:00 AM. The next morning, because we had booked a tour to the Ink Painting Danxia, ​​we went to the restaurant before 7:00 AM. The staff quickly turned on the lights and let us eat even though we hadn't packed up yet. Because we were leaving Lanzhou the next evening, we checked out of the room in the morning and left our luggage at the front desk for the day. We returned at 7:00 PM and charged our phone there. Although I only stayed at the Hanting Tangjiu Shichang branch for one night and was only passing through Lanzhou, I felt right at home and the service was attentive. The branch is located on the banks of the Yellow River, with a pleasant atmosphere. Tumendun Metro Station is a ten-minute taxi ride away, making it very convenient. I've stayed in many hotels while traveling, but I've generally been very successful with Hanting.

We were very pleased with the attentive service we've received during our three night stay. The front office staff were unbelievably helpful ! LOVED having the use of a washer and dryer while we were here. The breakfast selection was excellent! We have been staying at Hanting hotels during our travels through China and always been pleased. This particular Hanting hotel certainly lives up to that standard. However, our roon was very warm and we could not control the temperature. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete, the hotel is very new Hygienic: clean and hygienic, there is no sanitary corner, and the cleaning is very clean. Environment: Close to the bus station, the traffic is more convenient. Service: The staff are very warm.

The hotel is simple, generous, warm and comfortable in design. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The pillows can be selected as memory pillows and cotton soft pillows. The front desk staff is very warm, caring and thoughtful. The hotel is very close to Zhongshan Bridge, Zhangye Pedestrian Street and Xiguan subway. This is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators. Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back. As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers! One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best! Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

The check-in service is quite friendly, the facilities in the lobby are complete, and the equipment in the room is basically intelligently controlled. However, the light switch in the bathroom is extremely difficult to find. If you want to turn on a light, you have to go to the bedside to turn it on. One layer of the curtains is electrically controlled and the other is manually controlled. I feel that the electric control setting is a bit unnecessary. The room is relatively tidy and clean, and the tea served is quite delicious.

All the itineraries of this special forces trip were quite rushed, so we specially chose a hotel close to the train station. We took the overnight green train from Zhangye to Lanzhou and arrived in Lanzhou before 7 o'clock in the morning. We originally planned to store our luggage in the hotel and go out for a walk, but we didn't expect the hotel staff to help upgrade the room type and check in early. The hotel laundry room is very convenient on the first floor. There are two washing machines and two dryers. You need to wait for the laundry during the peak hours, but if you put the clothes in the laundry room and wait, the service staff can help with the laundry and collection of clothes. After checking out the next morning, I stored my luggage in the hotel for a day, so I could relax and play outside. This hotel experience was very good, 👍🏻
