Service: The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and patient, helping with luggage storage and retrieval, super nice! Facilities: All facilities are very new. The large projection screen TV is very suitable for people like me who are too lazy to go out for a walk. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, beyond expectations Location: Opposite the back door of Lanzhou University and close to Line 1, it is very convenient to travel. Highly recommended

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The service was very attentive, and parking was convenient. The lovely front desk staff even guided me to the parking lot, which was a great help. It's very easy to get takeout or go sightseeing from here. Bottled water in the room was plentiful, and the hygiene was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

The facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, right next to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and you can walk to Zhongshan Bridge. The room was very clean and hygienic. The bedding was as comfortable as ever. The staff, especially the ladies, were all very nice and attentive to our stay experience.

The toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent, instantly lifting my spirits. The hotel breakfast was also incredibly diverse, offering a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes—all delicious and a perfect start to the day!🥪 The location is superb, with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making it easy to get around and shop. The Ji Hotel is truly an excellent choice for business trips and leisure travel! I will definitely choose it again without hesitation next time!👏 Highly recommended!

The hotel is indeed very new. I'm a bit of a clean freak, but I didn't find any problems; the hygiene was excellent. Because I'm quite sensitive to cold, someone immediately came to help me when I asked for an extra blanket, and even thoughtfully adjusted the air conditioning. I don't know the staff member's name, but I'm very grateful to this lovely lady. There was a bit of noise due to renovations, but they proactively upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff were very polite upon check-in, and the breakfast restaurant staff were very welcoming, recommending the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), which were delicious 😋. I left some snacks in my room and even received a thank-you call from the hotel. Overall, I was very happy 🥳. It's a great choice; there are many places to eat nearby, and you can even order takeout from the mall. There's a wheelchair accessible, which was very helpful for my heavy suitcase. I didn't take many photos because I was in a rush, but looking back, this experience deserves a good review!

Hotel facilities are relatively complete, sanitary cleaning is more timely, the environment is warm color, the surrounding is not very noisy, the floor is relatively high, the service is very warm, very meticulous, wake-up service helped me a lot, I am the first time to book a hotel, if there is a chance in the future, This hotel is my first choice. There are many delicious front desk staff around who have recommended lamb, and the fat barbecue is quite delicious. 

When traveling on business, I usually book all-season hotels. They are cost-effective and trustworthy. The only drawback is that riders can go upstairs to deliver food at will. Downstairs of the hotel is Matan Subway Station. It is less than 15 minutes away from Lanzhou Old Street. It is very convenient to go everywhere, but there are few takeout options. There is beef noodles downstairs, Malatang, etc. The beef noodles taste good and are cost-effective.

Generally speaking, for around 350 yuan, the window was small, the room was small, and the room facilities and service were not as good as those at other Ji Hotel hotels in other provinces. Checking out at 12 pm was too rushed, as lunch hadn't even arrived yet. I wanted to extend the checkout to 1 pm, but the front desk insisted I download the Huazhu app before they would extend it. Hotels in other provinces don't have this problem. However, I must say the location is very convenient. There's a street full of food stalls right next door, and Jiaotong University is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. nearby, making it very convenient. Just choose what suits you best.

The location is relatively remote, far away from the Zhongshan Bridge scenic spots, so the price is relatively low. It's close to Lanzhou Old Street, so you can take a taxi there. The room is the standard for all seasons. No complaints and no special highlights. I trust the brand.
