"Great!! We stayed in an apartment with all the comforts and very spacious. Everything was clean and cared for. During our stay we had half board, breakfast and dinner and the buffet is quite good, it has variety and everything is delicious. Very friendly staff. The Spa is simple but good. For me it is 100% recommended. The only suggestion I would have is that they expand the buffet room because it is a little small for so many people."

"The reason we booked this was because they had a swimming pool for kids. First day we wait till 17h because the reception said that was the kids hour to go in. However when we intended to go we are stopped by staff and our 14 month is not allowed in. Only in the outside pool which was closed by 17h. Very bad start of the vacation since we booked this vacation mainly for him to be able to swim every day."

"Hotel comfortable, but par to go by car although it is very close to the beach and Lepe. Very friendly, rich food, and clean rooms, only two things to improve: the lights of the messen are too strong, almost surgery, and in the parking spaces a ceiling is missing to protect the car from the sun."

"The facilities and location are good, the staff that works at the hotel, the waiters/waitresses as well as the cooks/waitresses are very friendly and do a great job. The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…"

"Rooms were fine and comfortable missed not having tea and coffee facilities in the room. But otherwise nice and spacious. We had a room that slept 4 and had one of the biggest balcony's in the hotel overlooking the pool. Food was good we were half board breakfast was ok have everything you would expect. Evening meal was lovely good choice and always fresh. Drinks were served at the table. We had the same waiter most of the week his name was David very helpful with great customer service. As the hotel was very quiet while we were there the entertainment was minimal However Anthony one of the entertainment team made our holiday he was very friendly. Encouraging all holiday makers to join in the fun. He made time to go around talking to everyone. If it was not for him I think we would have spent most of our holiday out of the hotel. We found that not many staff members could speak English so ordering drinks was tricky to start with but as the week went on we got to know the staff and we managed between us. Overall a great holiday in a lovely hotel."
