Great if you're staying for just a few days. I chose this single room because I was arriving late by plane, and it allows for check-in at any hour, but the conditions they set and the potential charges for every single thing are absurd. They provide an endless list of extra fees in case anything happens.
The room throughout the stay smells smoke ... Very strong the irony is that there is a 🪧 cartel that smoke is prohibited 🚭 but still the smoke alarm is covered with a plastic 😮💨 , it touches you to make a thorough cleaning to remove the smell as it seems that only the soaps change and a little more so the smell does not go .... Otherwise everything is okay .... The bathrooms are always clean and with paper and soap ...
It seems necessary to confirm the email at first because of the remote check-in relationship. At the promised check-in time, the PIN number that can open the door came and I was able to check in with confidence. Retro Park and Prado Museum are within walking distance. Security looks perfect, but it can be seen as a ring floor structure.
Everything was great — the location, building itself BUT it was so noisy at night. I would wake up 3-4 times during the night because other people in the hotel were talking, walking and moving objects and for me falling back asleep was almost impossible. So overall the hotel is great but it’s definitely not for light sleepers. Also there were many flies in the room, but the rest was ok

The cleaning staff was cleaning the bathroom continuously, the hotel is therefore clean. Modern design and very comfortable beds, the room are walking distance to several stations in the very center of madrid. The check in and checkout are automatic and also the opening of all the doors are done via internet and without a code. This makes impossible to rate the service but is definitely very convenient. Just make sure that your phone is always charged! The low price is, in my opinion, due to the fact that the rooms have no real windows: the small openings face the corridor, and the corridor itself has no windows, so a bit claustrophobic.
