We stayed for 3 nights without breakfast (but you can pay for it separately on-site).
The staff at the front desk were friendly; we checked in and checked out quickly.
Downstairs, there's a large lounge area where they broadcast football, so you can watch La Liga matches.
The room was spacious and clean, designed like a loft.
My only downsides are:
- It's not very close to the metro.
- For some reason, during cleaning, they didn't restock the toilet paper or leave a bath mat, but they did provide two new towels (even though they didn't take the old ones).
Otherwise, it's a good Ibis.
Overall, it's pretty good. It's very close to the airport, making travel quite convenient. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is great for grabbing essentials. Plus, the breakfast spread is quite generous.
The environment here is actually pretty average, and it's not that comfortable to stay in. If there are better hotel options, I'd recommend going for those. For Madrid, I think if you have better choices, you should definitely pick them!
The hotel is very convenient for transportation just opposite the subway station. There is not much traffic in the middle of the traffic. The nearby restaurants are also very delicious and the price is reasonable. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was clean and comfortable. The waiter was attentive, but there were no facilities.
