Indigo Hotels in Madrid

I don't recommend this hotel, based on the following personal experience: 1. The hotel front desk didn't read the notes. The notes required a quiet room, and gave me a corner room near the sewer. Every night, I don't know if it was the next door or the upstairs who started taking a shower, and the water pipe started to make noises. (Attached is a video, you can turn on the sound to listen) After communicating, the front desk was a very mean older man, who rudely refused directly because there was no room, and there was no apology or other alternatives. 2. The breakfast is very poor If you have to pay extra, it is not recommended to book. We only had breakfast one day and didn't eat the next day. There were very few things and it was very simple. 3. The room type is not good, and the price is not cheap The standard room faces the inner window, the ventilation is average, and the bathroom has a bad smell. The price booked at RIU two days before check-in was 1800/night, and the price of this hotel with early check-out during the peak season was 1700, but the feeling was really average in comparison.

All good except that room should have hot water flask or kettle. Breakfast was great too. Centrally located with accessibility to many amenities. A small but clean and great hotel! Strongly recommended!
