Hotel Marina
"Seaside location where everything is very clean and tidy, spacious and well-kept beaches, the sea is very cloudy with a sandy bottom that rises a lot, in the evening lots of choice for kids, but not much for families... We didn't have a bad time but we were not particularly impressed, I would not return"
Hotel Excelsior
"Fantastic, where the guest comes first, attentive, SERVICE with capital letters Extensive well-kept fresh breakfast Everything neat and clean Employees are top. Swimming pool beautiful in a small garden. Everything beautifully decorated with art. Doesn't look as nice from the outside as it is from the inside. An absolute must On behalf of these critical travelers. Take a room with a balcony, because otherwise you only have a hinged window. That was a bit disappointing. We had our dog with us and were therefore not allowed to go to the beautiful restaurants during lunch or dinner. This was not mentioned in the bookings. So unfortunately we cannot judge the food Massa itself is not much, visit Luca Pistoia Seinna really worth it."
Hotel Gabrini
"Very good location and service also very nice stuff and good breakfast"
Hotel Villa Tiziana
"There are many types of breakfast, the room has a balcony, convenient for clothes, and the hygiene is relatively clean. There is a supermarket 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There is self-service Japanese cuisine, but it is a little distance to walk. There is a Chinese restaurant by the sea."
Hotel Villa Giada
"The hotel is very clean and very nice. The only new thing is that they should be more gentle with customers who ask for explanations on the rates that seem to vary according to the day, this was told us during the booking!! We paid what they asked us for, but we were also considered unhappy!! However, it is a place we recommend!!"
Hotel Tirreno
"I have already stayed in this hotel a few years ago and had a very good time, but this time it exceeded my high expectations. I knew about the recent renovation and what can I say, a building of unique elegance. The staff never disappoints, so much dedication to the customer, who aim to satisfy all needs with great professionalism. Well done! See you soon"
Hotel Nedy
"The hotel is a small hotel near the beach. The swimming pool and garden are a peace oasis of simple but functional and clean rooms. Good breakfast.Andrea and all its very friendly staff. To be considered to spend a few days at sea in peace"
Hotel Eura
"Finally a truly comfortable hotel, cleanliness and courtesy at the top... The manager Matteo is very helpful, all the staff are very good, delicious and plentiful food, comfortable and quiet room! We chose the all inclusive formula, my husband and I and we were satisfied.. I recommend it without anything else, prices adequate for the service.."

Hotel Illi
"I was immediately perplexed because they make you leave your room keys on the table at the entrance UNATTENDED and there you find them, perhaps, completely unattended. HOTEL Difficult to find and reach in a very narrow street. Difficult to understand where the entrance is. Upon arrival, the gentleman in charge of reception was not there and after waiting 20 minutes ringing the bell every minute, I had to call to see an elderly gentleman emerge from a small door, tucking his shirt into his pants and who had lost my reservation in a pile of scattered papers. A 3-star hotel that looks like a poor 1, a little dirty and broken down, stuck in the 90s. The breakfast was poor, sweaty, the rooms sticky, the room gloomy and dusty, the bathroom in the same condition, yes, clean, but not overly so, fixed everywhere. But the breakfast is truly top-notch, thrown across two tables, 4 low-quality cold cuts sweated out on the buffet—a buffet without spit guards, without coolers, 4 discount Tetrapacks with juices that had been open for who knows how long just passing around, hard bread, two jam tarts that looked like the ones in the bags kids use, poorly baked low-quality croissants, almost nothing that complied with HACCP regulations... I asked for a cappuccino from a guy behind the counter in normal clothes without a uniform, who looked for someone to make it, and finally it arrived, tasting of stale milk. And in the end I didn't say anything, I paid and left. During registration I had asked for an invoice but nothing, during payment I asked for it, and they took down the information, but nothing, during the dispute process again, but nothing. then they wrote to me that they had issued the invoice but they also made fun of me, I had even removed the previous review because it seemed too harsh to me (then they wrote to me that they had issued the invoice, oh well, then they also wrote to me that they were suing me, oh well) but given the mockery here it is again reuploaded identical. (I don't like being made fun of) and I hope it helps someone. The hotel was practically empty in mid-August and it faces the sea, the prices for August were fair, if there had been a minimum of adequate quality both in the structure and in the service, A This same review made on other platforms they responded with arrogance, and I think that's the wrong way to respond, , Never again but not even remotely."
Hotel Eco Del Mare
"Lovely place. The pool and two hot tubs are much better than going to the beach, which is across the street. The rooms are comfortable, cool, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant waiters. The lady at the front desk is a bit serious, but everyone else, like the owner, is very courteous and friendly."
Hotel Daisy
"Bar closed, reception closed, parking haphazard. Not really what we hoped to find. Luckily a person was available to check us in but good thing we didn't hope for a drink or even a bottle of water. The room was nice but the seating was a bed, or some very small chairs. It had a fridge, tiny one, on the floor. Parking is free, but basically you'd better get there before the maybe 12 spaces fill up or you're own your own."
Campeggio Italia
"We stopped for a little while (cycling with friends) nice and professional staff, camping front sea, clean and equipped. Breakfast with a good smile day at the campsite bar (Anna) We will surely return next summer"
