Hotel Excelsior ★★★★
"Good hotel and facilities is so good . I like this hotel so much"
Hotel Nedy ★★★
"The hotel is a small hotel near the beach. The swimming pool and garden are a peace oasis of simple but functional and clean rooms. Good breakfast.Andrea and all its very friendly staff. To be considered to spend a few days at sea in peace"
Hotel Gabrini ★★★
"Very good location and service also very nice stuff and good breakfast"
Hotel Villa Maremonti ★★★★
"I spent a few very pleasant days there. The place is lovely, quiet, peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and truly a place to be. The sea is just a few meters away, with various beach facilities. A beautiful pool, a good restaurant, a magnificent breakfast, and impeccable service from everyone, from the owner, who is always attentive to ensuring everything runs smoothly, to all levels, from the reception to the restaurant waiters. The prices are high, but the quality of the rooms, the atmosphere, the service, and everything else you get is commensurate. The only small flaw, which should be better highlighted on the website, is the lack of an elevator. This is obviously not a problem for everyone, but it is for some, given that most of the 19 rooms are on the first and second floors, although there are a few on the ground floor. I will gladly return."
Hotel Luna ★★★
"My husband and I stayed one week at hotel Luna as part of a small group. We liked the hotel very much. The reception is welcoming and staff helpful, even if the English skilles are somewhat deficient. The rooms are small but clean and with a balcony (which we did not use much because of the weather). The room did not have a wather boiler, but we were allowed to borrow one from the reception. There were shampoo, shower gel etc.in the bathroom. Our stay included freakfast and dinner, two really good meals. Especially breakfast was more than expected. The hotel is right next to a road, but given the time of the year (trafic was low) it did not bother us. Ambulance sirens we did not hear at night. The pool was not for use in october, but we went for a swim in the ocean some ten minutes walk away. We found a more remote part of the beach, more protected from the waves when we went straight down to the sea and then right, passing a strange vacated area. Unfortunately we did not have time to explore much of the town itself."
Hotel Villa Giada ★★★
"Excellent experience. Rooms with mattresses and very comfortable couchs. Clean! Excellent breakfast! Beautiful fresh garden! Owners and very friendly artist children. We also enjoyed the musical choice at breakfast! To return to us!!"
Hotel Tirreno ★★★★
"Great location. Spacious room with very comfortable mattress. Quality and varied breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Recommend. Attentive and helpful staff. I really appreciated the agreement with the seaside restaurant, with excellent dishes and reasonable prices"
Hotel Marina ★★★
"Seaside location where everything is very clean and tidy, spacious and well-kept beaches, the sea is very cloudy with a sandy bottom that rises a lot, in the evening lots of choice for kids, but not much for families... We didn't have a bad time but we were not particularly impressed, I would not return"
Hotel Eura ★★★
"Cozy, clean, bright hotel with friendly and helpful staff with parking inside. It is 500m from the center and the sea. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the breakfast is varied with top quality products. Excellent price, highly recommended, I will return with pleasure."

Hotel Illi
"I was immediately perplexed because they make you leave your room keys on the table at the entrance UNATTENDED and there you find them, perhaps, completely unattended. HOTEL Difficult to find and reach in a very narrow street. Difficult to understand where the entrance is. Upon arrival, the gentleman in charge of reception was not there and after waiting 20 minutes ringing the bell every minute, I had to call to see an elderly gentleman emerge from a small door, tucking his shirt into his pants and who had lost my reservation in a pile of scattered papers. A 3-star hotel that looks like a poor 1, a little dirty and broken down, stuck in the 90s. The breakfast was poor, sweaty, the rooms sticky, the room gloomy and dusty, the bathroom in the same condition, yes, clean, but not overly so, fixed everywhere. But the breakfast is truly top-notch, thrown across two tables, 4 low-quality cold cuts sweated out on the buffet—a buffet without spit guards, without coolers, 4 discount Tetrapacks with juices that had been open for who knows how long just passing around, hard bread, two jam tarts that looked like the ones in the bags kids use, poorly baked low-quality croissants, almost nothing that complied with HACCP regulations... I asked for a cappuccino from a guy behind the counter in normal clothes without a uniform, who looked for someone to make it, and finally it arrived, tasting of stale milk. And in the end I didn't say anything, I paid and left. During registration I had asked for an invoice but nothing, during payment I asked for it, and they took down the information, but nothing, during the dispute process again, but nothing. then they wrote to me that they had issued the invoice but they also made fun of me, I had even removed the previous review because it seemed too harsh to me (then they wrote to me that they had issued the invoice, oh well, then they also wrote to me that they were suing me, oh well) but given the mockery here it is again reuploaded identical. (I don't like being made fun of) and I hope it helps someone. The hotel was practically empty in mid-August and it faces the sea, the prices for August were fair, if there had been a minimum of adequate quality both in the structure and in the service, A This same review made on other platforms they responded with arrogance, and I think that's the wrong way to respond, , Never again but not even remotely."
Campeggio Italia
Hotel Stella Della Versilia
"We’ve just returned from a short tour on Northern Italy and we’d picked Massa as a good location to visit Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre. By chance, we booked into Stella Della Versilia which was really well priced on a well known booking agent’s website. Little did we know what a super choice we’d made. The property is stunning, extremely well presented and clean. There is a large garden to the rear with a small pool and kids play area. The staff are really friendly and speak fluent English. We found the reception staff, bar staff and waiters were all lovely. The Head Chef, Michele Mancini is absolutely first class and his food is spot on, we ate there on both nights of our stay. He is a really warm and friendly character who welcomed us like family. He even made us a little pack lunch with savoury treats for our onward journey. A little bonus, in particular for our 10 year old football obsessed son is that the hotel is owned by Gianluigi Buffon, the ex Italian goalkeeper. The hotel is full of his memorabilia which was a great conversation piece. We would really recommend this property. Regarding Massa itself, as it was low season when we visited, we did struggle a little, especially due to the late opening times for restaurants and bars. We didn’t see it in its best light so it would be unfair to comment on it. It’s a good base though as mentioned above."
Residence Stella
Hotel Il Buongustaio
"It is located a few steps from Massa in the town of San Carlo, with an amazing view of the coast. The parking lot is small, while the structure is well looked after both inside and out. The cuisine is local with good dishes, in this period we tasted some good porcini mushrooms. The service provided by Mrs. Annarosa is precise, punctual and always attentive. I recommend the Fiorentina and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Overall, an excellent restaurant outside the chaos of Massa. Well done Mrs. Marina."
