The room environment is pretty good, and the bathroom is decent. There's no window view, but it's only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. You can also easily find places to eat and drink nearby, so it's good value for money.

Good location. With a small balcony, surprisingly. Plug is not beside the bed. It is a bit inconvenient. We looked through the breakfast but we decided not to take it. It looked OK but it seemed that we could get the better one outside. The reception was willing to help amd let us store our luggage there.

I strongly recommend that everyone who travels to Nice not miss this hotel. The perfect location makes it easy for you to access almost all the places you want to go. Importantly, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the terrace of the room, which is undoubtedly a great experience.

It was very noisy at the first night in the room that they gave me. And changed into other room that was okay. The room 305 was too small and facing to the main street and it was very noisy i didnt liked at all.

This hotel experience was amazing! The room was very cozy, and every detail showed the hotel's care. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The service was even better. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they responded to every request. I felt like I was at home. I have to give it a five-star rating!

Stayed with my daughter (21) in August 2025 for 2 nights. The hotel is cozy, clean, conveniently located (near the sea and the central square). In principle, the service and the hotel left a rather positive impression. But there were also negative aspects: 1) very poor soundproofing; several times at night we were woken up by the sounds of opening and closing doors in neighboring rooms; 2) we did not have a refrigerator in the room (for cooling drinks (although, of course, cold water was always available in the general area; and there was even sparkling water); 3) beach towels could only be taken for money at the reception (5 € per day).

This is a great hotel. Although the facilities are not so advanced, it is very clean. Nice is so beautiful on a sunny day. You can see the Bay of Angels from the room. The guy at the front desk is very gentle, and there are service staff to help with luggage. I will go there again.

The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.

The advantages are that the hotel is located in Angel Bay, the breakfast is delicious, and the room has been renovated and is not too old. But there is one thing that is very unsatisfactory. We booked a double room with a child's bed, but when we checked in, we were assigned a very small, very damp room in the most corner (facing the linen room). There was no bathtub, the bathroom was very shabby, the washbasin was very small, the room space was almost too big to open the suitcase, and there was no light... It was not until we found that the room facilities were broken and strongly requested to change rooms that we were given another double room, which was three times larger than the previous one!!! There was also a bathtub, and the bathroom and washbasin were also in the normal star hotel format. I seriously suspect that the hotel is looking at people and thinking that we don't speak the language, which makes me not choose this hotel again.

Close to the sea but no sea view room was booked. The hotel facilities are old but clean. The location advantage is obvious. There are restaurants and bars to choose from within 5 minutes. Self-driving tours are not very friendly and parking is expensive in the surrounding area.
