Ms. Wang Yingcong at the front desk noticed my mobility challenges and my age, and for several days, she consistently showed concern and proactively resolved any necessary issues, which deeply touched us. In room 527, the air conditioning didn't respond to any temperature changes from 2 PM to 8 PM, even though there was a significant cold front on the 1st. I contacted the hotel about the AC not working and how cold it was, but the issue remained unresolved. They only told me how to adjust it, but even after adjusting, there was still no warmth. Overall, my experience was like having to wear a down jacket inside the room.
