A perfect stay! Even though the hotel has been open for a few years, the facilities are still well-maintained. The heated bidet on the semi-smart toilet was a pleasant surprise, and the electric curtains made settling in even easier. There's a gym on the third floor; while not huge, it has all the essential equipment. Oh, and they offer laundry service, with staff even taking your clothes to be washed – super convenient for business travelers! The hotel is located in the heart of Ningbo, making getting around incredibly easy. Finally, a shout-out to the front desk staff! They were friendly and polite throughout, providing incredibly attentive service. They escorted me to my room, explained everything, and even reminded me to close the window before bed. Such thoughtful service makes this hotel highly recommended!

The hotel was very nice, the staff exceeded my expectations, Igor the manager he did everything from withdrawing money, extending my stay till literally reading my mind, before I even asked he already knew what I wanted. Exceptional service will definitely come again 👏

Xiaoxue is the best employee at the reception. She was very patient with us and helped us book the train ticket. She refused our small gift as well. Xiaoxue you are amazing thank you.

The location is good, making it easy to get anywhere by taxi; it's about a 15-minute taxi ride from the train station. The room facilities are a bit old but still functional. The TV is a projector, and you need your own streaming subscriptions to use it. Soundproofing is a bit poor. The service attitude is excellent. They have a butler service, which was a pleasant surprise. They even provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, and laundry detergent. Upon arrival, we received fruit and a late-night snack. Foot baths are also offered. Breakfast is predominantly Chinese. Free tea is available in the lobby.

My colleague and I checked in together. We had both booked the Jimu King Room. My colleague received a complimentary upgrade to a terraced room. I asked if I could also get an upgrade, but the front desk said there were no more available and I would have to take my originally booked room. I said that was fine. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that its furnishings and layout were different from the Jimu King Room; it was identical to a Deluxe King Room. I found a staff member and pointed out that this room was the same as a Deluxe Room, not the Jimu room as pictured. I questioned why I had paid extra for the Jimu room then. The staff member then offered to switch me to a terraced room...

While many hotels in Ningbo have lost their level of hygiene, attention to detail, and customer service since COVID, Pan Pacific has continued to be one of Ningbo’s best hotels. Their Guest Service Manager, Igor, went out of his way to accommodate a unique request of mine, proactively finding a solution to resolve my special need. He was personable and available throughout our stay. The room was large, decor nice, hotel clear, and breakfast good. Will definitely keep returning to the Pan Pacific going forward.

The environment is very quiet. For someone like me who has difficulty sleeping, it is rare that I can get a good night's sleep. Although I ordered breakfast, I was in a hurry and didn't eat it [cracked]

As a frequent guest of Wyndham hotels, I always appreciate their thoughtful service and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast spread was extensive. Although my schedule was a bit tight this trip and I couldn't make it to the pool, I noted the gym offered a wide range of equipment. This hotel is ideal for business travelers, family gatherings, and family stays.
