My recent stay at the Ningbo Marriott Hotel was made truly exceptional by Ayla's thoughtful service. I got caught in a sudden downpour while out and returned to the hotel soaked. I casually mentioned wanting some ginger to warm myself up, and Ayla immediately took note. She promptly and considerately brought me hot ginger tea and warm milk, gently reminding me to drink them while hot to avoid catching a cold. From noticing my disheveled state to proactively fulfilling my request and quickly delivering warm drinks, her service was attentive and thorough throughout. It wasn't just a standard procedure; she genuinely put the guest first. A warm drink dispelled the chill and made my trip feel incredibly warm. The hotel's comfortable environment, convenient location, and such heartfelt service deserve a five-star rating. I must give a special shout-out to Ayla. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!
