GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

MM21934****Great value for money with beautiful scenery. The air is fresh and comfortable. The bonfire party at night was lively, and my baby loved it ☺️. There are slides everywhere, and many cute small animals and crafts. It's truly a family-friendly resort with everything you need for food, drink, and entertainment, giving parents a break. The only downside is that the buffet restaurant wasn't open, so the food was a bit monotonous. However, it was very convenient to have food delivered directly to our room by a robot.

GGuest UserBad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done.
Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly.
One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem.
Looks like the management is not doing their job.

They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive.
Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat.
On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us.
Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel.

YYueshenqiuyuThe room was very comfortable, featuring smart switches and electric curtains throughout. The sensor functionality of the switches was a great convenience. As a frequent guest of Wyndham hotels, I always appreciate their thoughtful service and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast spread was extensive. Although my schedule was a bit tight this trip and I couldn't make it to the pool, I noted the gym offered a wide range of equipment. This hotel is ideal for business travelers, family gatherings, and family stays.

Buffet breakfast has vast varieties, display is good and clean, food is of good standard.
Hotel room is of good size, very clean and comfy. Huge working table which is rare.
A big compliment to their AC which is extremely quiet and efficient. Very rare to find within 5-star hotels in Asia.

MM*****The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll.
The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building.
The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

GGuest UserI searched the forest tree house and found this place. It was worth visiting.
The whole resort is located in a valley, with the style of Southeast Asian rainforest. The main building and the house cluster in the lobby are made of wood, and the staggered stairs and goose stone trails are unique.
Opening the balcony is like embracing this quiet valley and the sound of gurgling springs. I really enjoy this ethereal winter.
Walking in the resort, I feel a little bit like hiking in Sumatra. The whole courtyard is well taken care of. The staff I met in the resort are very kind, especially the beautiful and gentle Manager Wang, who helped me in time.
If there is a chance, I will stay again.

MM11702****Seriously, everyone, you won't believe it! My stay at the Park Hyatt Ningbo this time was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Rose at the front desk – she was incredibly thoughtful! She proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance, sending me a super detailed hotel map and clearly outlining all the recent activities. Our communication was so friendly; even before arriving, it felt like a friend was helping me plan my trip. My impression of the hotel was already sky-high!
After checking in, there were even more pleasant surprises. The room was incredibly spacious, with a very sensible layout. The bedding was so soft; I instantly felt relaxed lying on it. All the details were spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's scenery is truly breathtaking. Whether I was enjoying the view from the bay window in my room or strolling through the gardens, the gentle charm of a Jiangnan water town just enveloped me.
The restaurant's dishes were also fantastic, very authentic, and absolutely no disappointments. Moreover, the service throughout the entire hotel was top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic. I'm truly delighted with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
