1118634****The location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

After checking in, I found that the environment was better than the photos and very quiet. I decided to choose this place next time. I am ecstatic as a little germophobe!
The boss has a fluffy puppy. It's super cute.

It boasts a prime location, just a short walk from the metro station and directly opposite Tianyi Plaza. A major highlight is that it's brand new, having opened its doors in 2024!
1. **Convenient Location ❤️**
There's a bus stop conveniently located right outside, and the subway entrance is a mere 200 meters away. With Tianyi Plaza directly opposite, it's incredibly handy to pop back to the hotel for a quick break whenever you're tired from shopping.
2. **Service ❤️**
As part of the HUAZHU Group, members enjoy benefits such as late check-out until 2 PM. Gold members also receive a 12% discount and complimentary breakfast.
3. **Amenities & Environment ❤️**
Given its recent opening, the hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being in a lively downtown area, it offers a surprisingly peaceful and quiet ambiance. The in-room air conditioning is very effective, and both the laundry room and restaurant areas are well-maintained and pleasant.
4. **Minor Drawbacks ❤️**
On the downside, late check-out typically incurs a fee, with the standard check-out time being 12 PM, unless you're a member. However, my booking confirmation via Trip.com stated a 1 PM check-out, which was inconsistent with the hotel's policy. Additionally, parking is not available, likely due to its central downtown Tianyi location.

__WeChat292213****I booked a 60-square-meter Ruiya twin room with my colleagues. The check-in service and the sanitation of the hotel's public spaces were all good. The room is spacious, the facilities are well designed, new but no odor, and parking is free. I am quite satisfied with my stay. Unexpectedly, after checking out and arriving at the parking lot, the car's battery had a problem and wouldn't start. I asked the hotel for help, and the manager was awesome. He came immediately and used his own car to jump-start us. After working for a long time, he found that the hybrid car's battery was under the trunk. The trunk couldn't be opened because the car had no power, but because we were in time to catch the flight, we decided to leave the car here and let someone pick it up. The manager saw that we were very anxious and offered to take us to the airport. My colleagues and I were very grateful to the manager and fortunately we caught the flight. After we left, the hotel front desk helped to keep the keys, handed them to the person who came to pick up the car, and sent me a message to tell me that the keys had been taken away. Give the store manager a big thumbs up!!!

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

HHelenShared the room with a friend. Hotel has all the necessary amenities. It is very close to the train station and also therefore a metro station which is very convenient. Toiletries and toothpaste & toothbrushes are provided. The shower was great. We didn’t do much in the city itself but if you were to explore the city it is in a very good location. We wanted a more relaxed experience in Ningbo. Instead we took a DiDi to the Southern Song Sculpture Park (南宋石刻公园), afterwards took a walk around Dongqian lake (东钱湖), and then took the metro back to the hotel. If you want to go straight to the lake you can just take the metro directly there. There is a lot of things to do in and around the hotel. There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel which was useful after a long day travelling.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, very close to Tianyi Square, Tianyi Pavilion, Drum Tower, Nantang Old Street, City God Temple, the Bund, and Yuehu Park. Transportation is convenient with a subway station and bus stop nearby, and a taxi ride to the train station is just the starting fare. Overall, it's a great location, near shopping malls and an old commercial street with plenty of dining options. The front desk service is very good, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The soundproofing is average, but it's still quite quiet at night. The hotel is a bit old overall, but well-maintained. It has all the necessary facilities, and the price is reasonable, making it a good value.
