NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

After comparing several hotels and B&Bs online, I was finally conquered by the greenery outside the window and stayed at Meisu. 💚
I slept until I woke up naturally, and my breakfast became brunch because I stayed in bed. Fully enjoyed the privilege of rest days~
What I particularly want to praise is the cleanliness of Meisu. It really beats most B&Bs in terms of cleanliness. When I passed by the tool room, I glanced at it and saw that it was also very neat and neatly organized. 🧰
Made a reservation for dinner cooked by my aunt. Originally I just wanted to eat something simple, but I didn't expect that when it was served, the quantity of each dish could be described as solid. Seeing that it might be a waste, but the first piece of braised pork in my mouth makes me want to add a bowl of rice~😋
Very happy to spend leisurely time in Meisu. Wish you better and better.

It boasts a prime location, just a short walk from the metro station and directly opposite Tianyi Plaza. A major highlight is that it's brand new, having opened its doors in 2024!

There's a bus stop conveniently located right outside, and the subway entrance is a mere 200 meters away. With Tianyi Plaza directly opposite, it's incredibly handy to pop back to the hotel for a quick break whenever you're tired from shopping.
2. **Service ❤️**
As part of the HUAZHU Group, members enjoy benefits such as late check-out until 2 PM. Gold members also receive a 12% discount and complimentary breakfast.
3. **Amenities & Environment ❤️**
Given its recent opening, the hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being in a lively downtown area, it offers a surprisingly peaceful and quiet ambiance. The in-room air conditioning is very effective, and both the laundry room and restaurant areas are well-maintained and pleasant.
4. **Minor Drawbacks ❤️**
On the downside, late check-out typically incurs a fee, with the standard check-out time being 12 PM, unless you're a member. However, my booking confirmation via Trip.com stated a 1 PM check-out, which was inconsistent with the hotel's policy. Additionally, parking is not available, likely due to its central downtown Tianyi location.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just the right firmness. I didn't want to get up after lying down. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were all high-quality. The breakfast was varied, with freshly made pancakes and local snacks. I'll definitely stay here again!”

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

GGuest UserWe spend three nights here to explore the area and loved our stay! The owners were so kind and helpful! Despite our limited mandarin we could still communicate well with some English and translation apps. They helped us with public transport directions (two buses from Ningbo) and provided a varied tasty breakfast (even vegetarian upon our lastminute request). Nice warm shower and beautiful mountain view from the room. There are some great hiking trails nearby (see Zhejiang hiking trails app), some starting directly from this cute historic village. The village across the hill (15min walk) is also very scenic. All in all a great nature getaway from Shanghai with the sweetest hosts!

GGuest UserThis is a value for money hotel compared to other hotels in the surrounding especially for those who are looking for just a room to stay. Not suitable for those looking to enjoy amenities of the hotel because it has none (however, washing machine and dryer are provided for free). Rooms are clean, big and internet access without lag. Staffs are friendly and responsive to your requests. Location is perfect with lots of food and shop options just at the door step. Many university students around during meal time. Easy to get transportation such as Didi, bicycles, train (need to walk a little), etc. Highly recommended for those looking for just a room to stay.

HHelenShared the room with a friend. Hotel has all the necessary amenities. It is very close to the train station and also therefore a metro station which is very convenient. Toiletries and toothpaste & toothbrushes are provided. The shower was great. We didn’t do much in the city itself but if you were to explore the city it is in a very good location. We wanted a more relaxed experience in Ningbo. Instead we took a DiDi to the Southern Song Sculpture Park (南宋石刻公园), afterwards took a walk around Dongqian lake (东钱湖), and then took the metro back to the hotel. If you want to go straight to the lake you can just take the metro directly there. There is a lot of things to do in and around the hotel. There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel which was useful after a long day travelling.

IInusukiIt takes about 15 minutes by bicycle from Ningbo Station. It's an old building, but there is an elevator. I think it's enough for a stay because the air conditioner is properly turned on and hot water comes out. I thought it would be good because there is a border between the toilet and the shower. However, because the walls are thin, you can hear the voices of outsiders. And when I watched TV in the middle of the night, I was sandwiched between the door gaps with a Delihel advertisement.
