Service: Very thoughtful. They offered water during check-in and check-out, and the bottled water was even warm.

The room's facilities and equipment were fantastic – truly comprehensive and well-appointed. At checkout, they even thoughtfully arranged a late checkout for me. Definitely worth a five-star review!

GGuest UserAlthough the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good. The little brother and sister are very gentle. The background of the hotel front desk is the Three Character Classic, which is quite unique. Ningbo University is right outside the door, which is very convenient. The price/performance ratio is good

__WeChat238732****I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

YYufuThe hotel boasts a fantastic location, right on the Old Bund pedestrian street, offering beautiful river views directly from the property. After dinner, a leisurely stroll along the pedestrian street, soaking in the vibrant lights and lively atmosphere, and feeling the refreshing river breeze, is the perfect way to unwind and shake off the day's fatigue. The hotel rooms were also spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. I was extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserI booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.
