DDuduludululaluduThe most satisfying part of my Ningbo trip was staying at the Manxin Mansion. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells lovely, it's spacious and immaculately clean. The tea in the lobby is delicious, and the front desk staff are kind, pretty, and very welcoming with excellent service. The elevators are fast, and everything is truly super clean and smells amazing. The rooms on the 3rd floor are large, fragrant, spotless, and have comfortable high ceilings. There's a gym and laundry room right by the elevator. The cleaning staff are warm and attentive, and there are robots for room service. The underground parking garage is bright, spacious, and clean, and even has charging stations, directly connected to the hotel – so convenient and comfortable! Plus, it's right next to a pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly accessible. All in all, whenever I go to Ningbo, I'll definitely stay at Manxin Mansion again. And coming from someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely satisfied! 👍

AAnonymous UserGood,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

GGuzhifengThis is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently.
First, upon seeing there were three of us, the hotel proactively upgraded our room to a south-facing business twin room on the 16th floor, and all amenities were provided in sets of three.
Service: The room service was excellent. When I mentioned the kettle in the room looked a bit old and had some limescale, the hotel immediately brought me a brand new, unopened one. That evening at 8 PM, housekeeping called to ask if we wanted some dessert, as they had made sweet potato soup. Even my request for extra bottles of water was handled with remarkable speed and thoughtfulness.
Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. Whether in the lobby or the guest rooms, I didn't spot any overlooked corners. It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel has bathtubs, and the room came with complimentary disposable tub liners. Plus, both the showerhead in the shower and the one for the bathtub were positioned facing the wall, so you don't have to worry about getting splashed when adjusting the water temperature.
The breakfast was also very generous.
This hotel gives me the impression of a well-established business hotel. All services are on par with star-rated hotels, and all the staff are highly professional. If I come to Ningbo again and circumstances allow, I will definitely choose to stay here.

The King Koil mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and with a choice of soft and firm pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation with a glass partition, and the high-quality fixtures really elevate the feel. Both the bedside and desk have USB sockets, making charging super convenient. Even little details like the mini-fridge and silent air conditioning are on point. The 24-hour gym in the common area is well-equipped, and all the facilities are new and well-maintained. It’s perfect whether you’re on a business trip or vacation!

TTianshangdeyangThe location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. A Mao Restaurant is just behind the hotel at the big crossroads. If you get tired of the hotel breakfast, you can head to Liu Ji Baozi in the residential area to the right of the hotel. They're open 24/7 and serve delicious old-dough pork buns, tofu soup dumplings, and stewed rice cakes.
It's a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and about 20 minutes to the Old Bund.
The hotel staff are all very professional; they never ignore guests and always proactively ask if you need anything.
Another special service at this hotel is the self-service drying cabinet, located on the guest room floors by the elevators for self-use. Light summer clothes dry very quickly.
Next to the hotel, there's a memorial dedicated to the victims of the Japanese germ warfare during the invasion of China. Someone had laid a bouquet of white flowers there. The sanitation workers are also great; they didn't disturb it. It stood quietly at the corner of the monument, conveying remembrance and sorrow. While we enjoy the peace of the present, we must not forget that period of profound suffering in history.

GGuest UserOur trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view.
And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good.
The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself.

DDing Ying ChorWe had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
