The room completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and left a lasting impression on me. Overall, the room was very clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The services provided were also very thoughtful and customer-oriented. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip in the area.

酒店停車免費，我們到的時候車位充足，就在酒店院子裏，幾步路的距離很方便。房間衞生阿姨打掃的也乾淨整潔，沒什麼異味。看我們住的人多還會詢問加被子加枕頭嘛特別貼心，在前台還會温馨詢問我們需不需要一次性用品，服務真的細緻又暖心，入住體驗特別好。

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.
