That afternoon, I enjoyed a leisurely time at the hotel's 'Tea House,' which boasts a charming江南 (Jiangnan) aesthetic. The antique ambiance and exquisite tea snacks were all enchanting. However, upon leaving, I carelessly left a small personal bag on my seat. To make matters worse, I didn't realize the bag was missing until I arrived at Ningbo Railway Station, ready to board my train. The bag contained not only cash but, more importantly, multiple vital documents like my ID card, bank cards, and credit cards. Instantly, anxiety and panic overwhelmed me. I desperately tried to recall where I might have lost it, but it felt like searching for a needle in a haystack; just thinking about the tedious process of replacing all those documents was despairing.

Have you perhaps misplaced a dark-colored small bag?” At that moment, I couldn't believe my ears; it was like music to them. It turned out that May had received a call from a Tea House colleague reporting a guest's forgotten bag. Instead of simply placing the item in lost and found to wait, she immediately used the limited document information inside the bag to proactively search through various channels and successfully contacted me.
On the phone, May's voice was calm and professional. She clearly verified the items in the bag and thoughtfully inquired about my upcoming travel plans. Upon learning I was already out of town, she immediately proposed the most secure solution: ”Please don't worry, we will send the bag to you using the safest express delivery method. Please make sure to provide us with your accurate address.” Every word she spoke was like a reassurance, completely dispelling my anxiety. The entire communication process was efficient, smooth, and full of understanding and respect for me.
