What started as a last-minute decision turned into an unexpectedly delightful surprise. They offer complimentary butler service and free breakfast, plus I got to watch two movies for free on the hotel's large TV. The room wasn't huge, but the amenities were well-arranged. You can find little essentials like earplugs, lens wipes, hair ties, and cotton swabs throughout the hotel – all those small items you might forget when traveling. There are free parks and an old street nearby, and it's super convenient to get around by taxi or shared e-scooter.

On 26 March night around 07:00 Pm asking for a plastic bag to the receptionist at the left side counter. Her attitude is so rude and not friendly!

It was a very good stay. There's a great restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the service was very attentive. It was a particularly pleasant stay.

Very good hotel! Very tasty breakfast with some Western options, but the Chinese ones were amazing. We also appreciated the midnight snack. Only thing is that the washing machines were always occupied so it was a bit hard to use but we still managed to wash. We do not speak Chinese but were able to communicate easily via a translator app. Overall, I think it is a great hotel with a good price-quality ratio. Will be staying here again.

It is very close to Wuyue Plaza. There is a robot that can deliver food to the room. There is a wide variety of breakfasts. In the evening, there is a late-night snack service on the fifth floor. Footbaths are delivered to the room. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

Dinner - Healthy Porridge: The red bean porridge was delicious. The environment was great, clean, and the smart assistant was very convenient, allowing for frequent suggestions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. The robot delivery was very convenient. The hotel was warm and cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The service and facilities were excellent, and the front desk check-in was very efficient. The rooms were large and modernly decorated. Afternoon tea and laundry were available downstairs, which was very convenient.

I went to Shenxianju with my family to travel. I booked this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and the service was in place. I also tasted the specialty children there. There were slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and free supper in the evening. You can eat and wash clothes and dry. There is breakfast in the morning. My experience is very good next time if I have the opportunity to live there again

Hotel location is good to find, next to the Academy of Sciences, there is a parking lot at the door, parking spaces are many, suitable for business trips, cost-effective, will bring a good stay experience, the service staff are very warm. Miss Sister Xiaoxue at the front desk

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. The front desk receptionists were warm and attentive, making the check-in process swift. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!
