Location: Conveniently situated, very close to the Garden Market. The hotel lobby has a waiting area and a restaurant, all decorated in a modern and minimalist style.

Cleanliness: Both the room and bedding were very clean.

Facilities: The smart home system was excellent, the TV supported screen mirroring, and there was a robot delivery service for meals. The room even thoughtfully provided charging cables.

Service: The staff were all very friendly and promptly responded to and handled any questions or issues. Parking fees could also be reimbursed.

On a business trip, I discovered this hotel with a stylish design, and it's quite new overall. The breakfast was good, and there's a dedicated customer service agent providing attentive service. It's a shame I didn't get to try their late-night snacks.

The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel offers great value for money. The facilities are complete and new, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The decor is lovely, and everything was clean and hygienic. Plus, I even got a free room upgrade! The elevators have card access, and there are even robots.

This is hands down the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were so warm and attentive. They offered a comforting tea upon check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The little touches truly made the difference: free laundry and drying, late-night snacks if you're hungry, and even foot baths if you're tired – the whole experience was perfect. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and super comfortable. If you're coming to Xianju, staying at Perfect Hotel is a must, this is my honest opinion!

The service attitude of Xiaomu at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The surrounding environment is very good. There is a free parking lot. It is very convenient. It is worth staying on a business trip. Free laundry is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is very rich. I followed the pictures online and it is very good. It is a recommended hotel. It is free. Very satisfied with a stay experience, must give five stars praise! From the moment I entered the door, I felt the hotel's intentions. The lobby is elegantly designed and the fragrance tastes very pleasant. The front desk lady smiled kindly, the procedures were super efficient, and the room type was upgraded intimately, and the surrounding food and attractions were introduced in detail, which made people feel warm.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is particularly good. The bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are herbal fragrance, which smells very good. The first night of the minibar is free, and the capsule coffee machine is a plus, and the details show the quality. The view from the window is excellent, and the city is bustling.

The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles are all available, the freshly cooked rice noodles and fried eggs taste great, and the fresh fruits and desserts are also pleasant. The gym is fully equipped and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is clear, but the time is too tight to experience more. When I left the store, I took the initiative to help call the car and presented a small gift. The service was really impeccable. I will choose here next time I come to this city, and I will highly recommend it to my friends!

I went to Shenxianju with my family to travel. I booked this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and the service was in place. I also tasted the specialty children there. There were slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and free supper in the evening. You can eat and wash clothes and dry. There is breakfast in the morning. My experience is very good next time if I have the opportunity to live there again

The hotel is pretty good; the environment and facilities are convenient, and it even offers breakfast. Plus, there's late-night supper like fried noodles, congee, and snacks, which is a nice touch. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. 
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me.  The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The hotel is easy to find and has parking right outside, making it great for business trips and offering good value for money for travelers. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back. Special shout-out to Leo at the front desk!
