The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

The accommodation experience was very good. The hotel is located in Puluo Village by the lake. The room we stayed in really faced the lake view (the hotel helped us upgrade to a room on the third floor with a better view), and we could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery while sitting in the room. The hotel is very close to the lake, and it is only a few steps away. It is also close to the pier for boat rides, which takes less than ten minutes. The room facilities are complete and very thoughtful. The most praised is the service of the hotel. We can ask the housekeeper or waiter for anything we need, and they will try their best to meet or help solve it. We did not drive ourselves, so it was inconvenient to get in and out, but the hotel would arrange a car to pick us up (especially after we visited Daluoshui Village, the hotel's other chain store Dabu Villa in Daluoshui Village used a car to take us back to Huahu Villa), which is so heartwarming, thank you very much! All the service staff of the hotel are very warm and considerate, and we are very satisfied.
