"Don’t! Just don’t. The friendly enough receptionist didn’t give us the information we needed - WiFi, meal times, places in the hotel we could take our dog. The sole(?) barman/waiter was rude despite my reasonable Spanish. Whilst we didn’t eat there (as had read bad reviews) looking into the few people eating in the ultra bright, soulless restaurant confirmed our misgivings. Food from a nearby supermarket rescued supper whilst the next morning a superb cafe/restaurant a few miles away (Zurbaran, by a petrol station) saved the day."

"A cozy hotel on the outskirts of Guardo. We chose it almost as a last option to spend the December long weekend and it was a total success. The room was a good size, the bed was huge, everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast is a very complete buffet."

"We warned them in advance that I was disabled and not very mobile following a recent surgery and we’d be arriving Saturday evening about 7.30pm after a 9-10 hour car journey. They gave us no warning that the hotel restaurant and bar were both closed and there was no room service. They then told us we could order from nearby restaurants but there were zero supporting menus in reception or in the room - so we had to call the restaurants who were reluctant to deliver. By now it was getting dark and my wife was very reluctant to try and search out food alone from nearby restaurants in case she was mugged. This is the first time I have ever struggled to source food or drinks from a €100 per night hotel. Frankly - if this is their standard of service they should be out of business as soon as possible."

"The worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel in my life. There was a group of young people (around 18 yo) making a lot of noise from 00:00 to 02:00 am. I called the receptionist. The first time I called she was already debating if I was hearing something, and said “there’s nobody from this group on your floor” so I asked her if I should go investigate myself. She said no, that she would send someone. Nothing. So I went to the reception. There was another guy there, besides the lady. He heard me, and said he would do something. Nothing. So I went to the floor beneath mine and found 15 teenagers out of bed making noise and banging on things. I told them to go bed or I would call the police. I told the receptionist I would call the police, and NOTHING. The male receptionist kept saying they’re a group and that there was someone responsible for the group, but I have not seen him talking to this person not once. The female receptionist said “son niños” as if I had to stay the night without sleeping because they’re “kids”. Then they offered me to change rooms (sure, I need to move all my things in the middle of the night, and be even more bothered). I’m not even angry at the “kids”, I’m mad at the hotel, that seemed to think I was the wrong one for wanting to sleep. I didn’t by a nightclub ticket, I paid for a comfy quiet bed to sleep. No power outlets by the bed (in any of the apartments), shower curtains are disgusting (it’s 2026, get a bloody glass, that fabric curtain is disgusting) Restaurant: steak was good, fries and bacalao extremely greasy, to the point I didnt even eat it). Arroz con leche must be one of the easiest desserts to make in the world, but they can’t do that either. Awful."

"We were there on Monday 17th, had dinner, sleep and breakfast; we were doing a bike route, we were going to sleep again on Saturday which was the end of the route. As they were not going to be at the hotel they gave us 2 key cards. This morning I called to tell them that something unexpected (serious) had come up, and that we would have to go to Madrid, that we would go to the hotel to return the cards. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning, they charged us €140 for NOTHING."
