This hotel was the highlight of my Phuket trip. Seriously, no complaints except for its distance from the city center. The price was fantastic too! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the service was incredibly warm – everyone greeted you with a smile. The room smelled lovely and wasn't humid at all. I don't understand why everyone raves about Katathani but no one mentions The Nai Harn. They replenished our water generously every day. The moment you open the door, it's just stunning. It totally made up for the disappointment of the first three days at The Boathouse (I assume '美的概念' refers to The Boathouse or a similar property name based on common Phuket hotel names). My mood instantly lifted. Breakfast was also great. Honestly, I've been feeling a bit down since coming back... experiencing withdrawal symptoms. T_T

Excellent hotel! After two months of traveling around Phuket, this is arguably one of the best places I've stayed.
The grounds are very green, well-maintained, and quiet. The hotel consists of several complexes, each with five villas (rooms) sharing a common pool, which creates a cozy and private atmosphere. The room is so spacious that it feels more like a small villa with neighbors. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, even an iron – I haven't encountered that anywhere else during my entire time in Phuket.
The grounds are cleaned daily, and rooms are cleaned every other day. The pool is always sparkling clean with warm water, and each room has its own sun lounger. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and always ready to help.
The location is also excellent. The beautiful Nai Harn Beach is about a 20-minute walk away. The 'Windmill Viewpoint' and Promthep Cape – perfect spots for sunset – are very close by. There are also many great cafes, massage parlors, a sauna, and bars nearby.
As for the downsides, it wasn't always quiet. If a large, noisy group checked into an adjacent complex, you could forget about a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the rules, music and loud conversations sometimes continued until two or three in the morning.
Another minor drawback is that the room is quite dim. Despite having a large window overlooking the pool, the lighting is weak, so it definitely felt like there wasn't enough light in the evenings.
Overall, my impressions were overwhelmingly positive. I would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing 5D4N stay at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket as a solo traveller. The resort exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect place to relax and recharge.
I originally booked the Sky Bath Room, but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly when I checked in. I informed the front desk, and the staff responded quickly and professionally by upgrading me to a Pool Access Room at no additional charge. I really appreciated how efficiently they resolved the issue, and it made my stay even more enjoyable.
The Pool Access Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having direct access to the pool became my favourite part of the stay—it was my little “lazy corner” where I could relax after visiting Nai Harn Beach, exploring Phuket Old Town, working out in the gym, or ending the day with a massage.
The gym was well-equipped for my workouts, the pools were clean and beautiful, and the entire resort had a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile.
The location is excellent, with Nai Harn Beach, Rawai Beach, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores all within easy reach.
Overall, this was an unforgettable first solo trip to Phuket, and Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket played a big part in making it such a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Very good for the money. The location is great. The staff is very responsive. It's a shame there are no sidewalks to walk to the sea, but that's not their fault.

It should be great if u go with a family, u got 2 story houses with good soundproofing , but be ready to see ants spiders or lizards inside. This place is beautiful overall , but def not perfect , some rooms need renovations , it's a solid 3 star spot, the beach nearby is clean (if u compare it with others). The Staff is very lovely!
The one thing that I didn't like, it's the fact that if u live on the first floor u have to choose between your privacy or having a sun shining inside, cause the road nearby and people walking around will see u through the glass windows/walls

We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham La Vita Rawai. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the hotel was clean and well maintained.
However, for the price, the hotel felt fairly average. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and the food was quite bland. Considering the hotel’s pricing, we expected a much better variety and higher-quality breakfast. Even the restaurant across the road served tastier meals than the hotel.
Another thing to keep in mind is the location. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, making it awkward to walk to and from the property. With constant traffic going up and down the hill, it can feel a little unsafe and inconvenient for pedestrians.
Overall, the service was excellent, but the food especially breakfast and the location make it difficult to justify the premium price. With improvements to the dining experience, this hotel would offer much better value.

I spent 8 nights here, and it was my best accommodation experience in Thailand compared to others. The photos of the room and the hotel perfectly match reality; the renovation is recent, and everything looks very well-maintained and tidy! I received a level of comfort that allowed me to not worry about anything for the entire stay.
The room is very comfortable and spacious, with good Thai-style wooden furniture and a bed, fully functional plumbing, lighting, appliances, and air conditioning. Everything necessary is provided: soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and I received a sufficient supply of drinking water every day.
I really enjoyed the feeling of coziness and nature because the hotel itself is small but very atmospheric and beautifully landscaped. I had a room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view of the pool, and I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. I constantly saw staff taking care of the grounds, trimming plants, and testing pool water. Room cleaning was also excellent and done daily – thanks to the wonderful ladies. In general, all the hotel staff were very smiling and friendly; I enjoyed interacting with everyone.
I especially want to mention the availability of beach towels, an umbrella, a beach bag, comfortable bathrobes, and slippers that you can use to go down to the pool. Such amenities make staying at the hotel very comfortable! I really liked that there was no time limit for the pool's operating hours, unlike other hotels, so I could always refresh myself after exploring the city and relax on a sun lounger with a drink from the nearby 7-Eleven.
A big plus for me personally was that the hotel offers free bicycles, allowing me to explore the island on my own! Given the location, this is an excellent bonus that made my leisure time wonderful and varied, as I don't ride a motorbike. By bike, I reached Rawai and the seafood market, as well as Nai Harn and Yanui beaches, but be aware that some areas are hilly, so you need to gauge your strength).
Also, I really liked that the hotel is not in the busiest and most touristy area, so I easily found authentic local cafes where I could have an inexpensive and delicious lunch. Some of them are located on the way to Yanui, where there is also a self-service laundry. The hotel's cafe has good drinks and coffee, and the food is also decent, with reasonable prices for a restaurant. Plus, upon check-in, I received a discount and a shell that I could exchange for a drink!
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place and will visit again if the opportunity arises. Huge thanks to all the hotel staff who made my trip magical!
There is indeed a large construction site nearby, but it didn't bother me as it operated during specific hours.
A minor detail – the electrical outlets. European plugs don't fit snugly, and it's best to double-check if your device is charging. However, this was the case with all outlets I encountered in Thailand.

Spontaneous vacation, booked the hotel on the same day, and it exceeded my expectations! At one point, staying at this hotel was out of reach for various reasons, but everything in its own time! We've seen Thailand from different angles and fell in love with this country in 2010. We've stayed in Phuket, as well as on the mainland in Pattaya and Bangkok. Phuket immediately resonated with us; we've lived in Patong, Karon, and Nai Harn. We tried various types of accommodation: hotels (from expensive to budget-friendly, just for a night's sleep), apartments (convenient when kids are picky eaters), and villas with friends, which was always fun. Nai Harn became our favorite beach. We got around by scooter or car, exploring the local areas. The very end of the beach is where this hotel is located, almost like a secluded island, where you can catch your own vibe and simply relax and enjoy the colors of the sea on the hotel's private beach with clean sun loungers. You can eat at the restaurant (breakfast was included – a great bonus for 2000 rubles for 6 days for two) and bask by the pool under the protective canopy of the forest on the mountain, away from all the hustle and bustle. The sunny Thais are still friendly, which is just as delightful as it was back in 2010. For me, it was nothing but positive emotions; I'm recharged for the whole year. Now, I'll only come here! The main thing is to dream, and everything will come true!

Spacious room that came with a small balcony.
Quiet with no traffic noise.
Have a swimming pool and this property was doing it's share by providing just two bottles for the whole duration of your stay. Reason being was, they have water dispenser for guests to refill the bottles which was a good approach to reduce plastic footprint.
What was weird or maybe another approach was, they do roome keeping, but they would not replace nor remove the used bathing towel.
