The Gallery seemed to be a really nice place to spend some time nearby the sea in quiet bay of Nai Harn beach. The interior looks classy, clean and stylish, there they have swimming pool and some beach bags and towels in the room. I was so happy to find Papaya shop near the hotel, where you can find great choice of healthy food and other goods, so I haven’t paid for my breaks and cooked my own, thanks to the shop.
The only one thins which I didn’t really like: despite my plates in the room were clean and covered with plastic film, I found all utensils as forks and spoons were oily and seems, weren’t washed after the previous use. Cleaning lady couldn’t under me, so informed the receptionists. They just said “sorry, we will ask her to wash”, but in my opinion, this kind of situations should be covered by hotel at least with a small complement from hotel such as snack or glass of juice or something. Just as a polite gesture from good management.

This hotel in Nai Harn isn't a traditional five-star establishment. Let me start with the downsides, though I wouldn't call them 'downsides' since a cliffside hotel can't realistically be built in a bustling downtown area.
1. **Location**: This hotel is situated halfway up a hill near Nai Harn beach, so you'll need to walk a bit uphill. It's best to avoid going out at night; when we took a taxi back to the hotel, there was a stretch of road with no streetlights. If you're a solo female traveler, it's probably best to stick to the hotel or just stroll around the beach area.
2. **Convenience**: The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 1.4 km walk, roughly 15-20 minutes away. The hotel's tuk-tuk can only take you to the beach, but honestly, it's only a 2-5 minute walk anyway. Regarding dining, I personally found the hotel's overall prices a bit high. If you're looking for better value for money, there's a street food stall called 'Dada' about 500 meters away that's pretty good. While it's a bit rustic being a roadside stall, their pad krapow (stir-fried basil) and fried chicken wings are delicious. On the brighter side, the breakfast at Nai Harn hotel is decent. Their homemade Thai milk tea is tasty, and the other cooked items are good, especially their homemade meatballs.
I booked this hotel about a month in advance for around 1600 (currency not specified, assuming local). I'd find it more acceptable if the price was in the 1000-1200 range, but at 1600, I personally feel it's a bit overpriced.

Excellent hotel! After two months of traveling around Phuket, this is arguably one of the best places I've stayed.
The grounds are very green, well-maintained, and quiet. The hotel consists of several complexes, each with five villas (rooms) sharing a common pool, which creates a cozy and private atmosphere. The room is so spacious that it feels more like a small villa with neighbors. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, even an iron – I haven't encountered that anywhere else during my entire time in Phuket.
The grounds are cleaned daily, and rooms are cleaned every other day. The pool is always sparkling clean with warm water, and each room has its own sun lounger. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and always ready to help.
The location is also excellent. The beautiful Nai Harn Beach is about a 20-minute walk away. The 'Windmill Viewpoint' and Promthep Cape – perfect spots for sunset – are very close by. There are also many great cafes, massage parlors, a sauna, and bars nearby.
As for the downsides, it wasn't always quiet. If a large, noisy group checked into an adjacent complex, you could forget about a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the rules, music and loud conversations sometimes continued until two or three in the morning.
Another minor drawback is that the room is quite dim. Despite having a large window overlooking the pool, the lighting is weak, so it definitely felt like there wasn't enough light in the evenings.
Overall, my impressions were overwhelmingly positive. I would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. I've stayed there several times. The staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom for a Thai hotel bathroom is excellent compared to many places I have stayed
Walking distance to the beach
A great pool

A hotel is pretty good and personal is very friendly, everything was perfect
But there’s a restaurant
And the people working there genuinely make it hard to understand why they even work with people. In a week of visiting this place, I never saw a single smile on the staff's face. It reeks of contempt and sociopathy

This is our second time here and it's perfect for a family trip. The hotel's swimming pool is practically designed for kids, with plenty of shallow areas and lounge chairs by the pool for parents to relax. The fridge in the room is much larger than a typical hotel fridge and even has a freezer compartment, which is great for families with kids as it offers plenty of space. We booked a loft this time, and going up and down every day was quite the workout! The cleaning lady was super nice and even folded an elephant for us, which made the kids incredibly happy. The greenery in the complex is also very nice, and you can see the ocean from the higher floors. We definitely extended our stay for a few more days!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is great—it’s in a quiet spot, but super convenient with a 7-Eleven right next door and plenty of food options nearby.
The real standout, though, was the lovely and capable front desk team. These ladies ( Anita, Benz, and Namwhan) at the front desk was so lovely and professional. Honestly, this is one of the best front desk teams I’ve met in a long while. They are highly qualified, super attentive, and have great problem-solving skills. They took such good care of us and always made sure any request or inquiry was handled perfectly (as long as it was reasonable!).
I really admire how hard they work to make the guest experience so lovely. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we actually extended our stay for another 3 days. We absolutely loved it here and highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, secluded, and perfect for those who don't need crowds. There was no unnecessary noise, crowds, or other distractions. Yes, they're not located right in front of the airport, and you definitely need to rent a vehicle to get around comfortably, but here you either have privacy and quiet or crowds and noise.
Here are two downsides we encountered:
1. Poor plumbing. The toilet flushed poorly, sometimes requiring two or three waits. Also, the water pressure was weak and cold.
2. I got food poisoning at a local restaurant, although they diligently pretended it wasn't them. It wasn't hard to figure out who the culprit was; I hadn't eaten anywhere else that day, and the timing of the problems fits perfectly with food poisoning.
Be sure to get insurance for hospital treatment; they got me back on my feet in a couple of hours!

Excellent hotel in a quiet place. The beach is 1 km away, but there are no waves and there are beautiful places for photos, you can rent a kayak and swim with a mask, there are small reefs with fish. Nearby there is a 7-11 and another store, as well as makashnitsy, market stalls, massage. There is a swimming pool, a small gym. Breakfasts to choose from. I took a room with two bedrooms and a kitchen, there are dishes, a gas stove, a microwave, an electric kettle. Water in a cooler, you can fill it into bottles. The owner is responsive. The gas in the cylinder ran out - they changed it within an hour, the door to the room was locked, he came personally in the evening - helped to open it.
