"As the only portable hotel inside Juanda Airport's terminal, I didn't expect anything fancy. I just wanted a good rest. So, I'd say this room is only slightly more comfortable than a lobby chair. It has hot water, a bed, and toiletries – and that's about it. If you're particular about hygiene, I'd recommend bringing disposable bedding or a disposable towel to cover the bed (which I happened to have and used). Since I was exhausted, I still slept very soundly and comfortably. Also, I think it's in Terminal 1. If your departure is from Terminal 2, you'll need to take a taxi, which is about a 15-minute ride. This is something to keep in mind. Facilities: Average Hygiene: Below average (my bedsheet had a shoe print on it) Environment: Good (small room, small corridor, quite private. The decor is similar to materials found on an airplane.) Service: Excellent (The male attendant was very welcoming, but the lady at check-in wasn't very gentle, though she wasn't bad either.) Downstairs, there's a large fountain, plenty of food options, convenience stores, and an ATM. The hotel is just up the escalator. The video was something I casually filmed after checking in and going out to find something to eat."

"Nice accommodation for transit or sleep in for next day flight. However bathroom cleaniness need to be improve. I would like to reccommend this to my friend when the toilets cleanliness are improved"

"Just entering, the bathroom floor was still wet, as if it had just been flushed but not dried. I almost slipped. The bath towels needed replacing. The location is close to the airport."

"They offer free shuttle to/from Juanda airport. The people are always nice. I always book this hotel whenever my flight schedule is in the morning. They would provide breakfast in a box if you couldn't afford the time to enjoy it at the hotel which is superb."

"The hotel was very clean, no cigarette smell at all. The bed was super soft. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower gel, but no shampoo. The only downside was the thin walls and limited food and snacks."

"I chose this hotel on the principle - next to the airport and inexpensive price. To the airport 10-15 minutes on a moped or car. It was necessary to meet the guide to the Bromo volcano at the airport. In the room, the air conditioner and the soft bed, there is a shower bathtub. They provided a piece of soap but forgot about the towel. Inside everything is new except the bed. The same bed since the purchase is still in the factory polyethylene. There is a TV on the wall. There is a window, but not on the street, but in the corridor. In general, I wasn't crazy - I was arranged. Near a bunch of ordinary varungs - there is where to eat. There is an opportunity to leave the luggage."

"Comfortable One-Night Transit Stay – Tilamas Hotel Sidoarjo I stayed one night at Tilamas Hotel, Sidoarjo, as a transit stop close to Juanda Airport, and overall it was a great experience, especially considering the price. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and definitely good value for money. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with complete amenities, and everything worked properly—including the AC, which cooled the room very well. However, I did notice one spider web inside the cupboard near the mirror, which was a bit disturbing and could easily be improved with more detailed housekeeping checks. I tried the in-room dining service. The food itself was okay, but the taste and portion could be improved, and the waiting time was quite long—around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Personally, I would rather not offer in-room dining if the waiting time is that long. Based on staff information, the service is handled by an external vendor (not a third-party app), which explains the delay. Honestly, using Gojek/GoFood might work better for both guests and the hotel. I also shared photos for reference regarding the salad garnish served with my Nasi Goreng. It looked very unappealing and unpleasant, and honestly, it would have been better to leave the garnish out completely—even rabbits wouldn’t eat it (trust me 🙂). That said, the service really stood out. The Front Desk team were professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff did a great job overall. Because of that, my one-night transit stay was enjoyable. If the hotel offers a membership or loyalty program, I would love to join—especially if there are special offers or discounts for repeat guests. Hopefully, I’ll be returning again someday."
