"Bang average. Reception efficient at best but nothing over and above. We had one room in the Budget version next door. Could we shift it to be together? Non. Heard requests from other guests. Have you got an iron? Non. Our air con is not working, do you have a fan? Non. But quite happy to ask for room number at breakfast multiple times as obviously we have nothing better to do than steal a moderate breakfast from a budget hotel on the edge of an anonymous retail park.
