"I love this hotel! It’s very convenient, with easy access to the mall. The best part is the lobby facilities, you can enjoy the indoor arcade, darts, and pool table, which makes the stay more fun and relaxing. However, I think the management should regularly check and maintain the machines and arcade facilities. During my visit, the pool table was missing a ball, parts of the dartboard were not responsive, and arcade machines were not working. Other than that, the overall experience was good, and I would definitely return."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya! The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious, clean rooms that are perfect for relaxation after a long day of travelling. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — including good Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the experience feel warm and personal. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The hotel’s facilities are excellent — there’s a nice outdoor pool (great for cooling off), a gym, and easy access to IOI City Mall, which is just a short walk or shuttle ride away for more dining and shopping options."

"Decent stay with a great location, but some maintenance issues. The bedsheets are quite worn out, and the shower isn’t functioning very well, which affects comfort. That said, the location is a big plus — surrounded by many eating places, and there’s even a 24-hour nasi kandar nearby where you can get really good roti prata anytime of the day. Good for short stays if location and food convenience matter more than room condition."
