Hanting accommodation in Shanghai

The hotel's environment and facilities were a pleasant surprise! The overall ambiance is clean and quiet, with public areas tidy and clutter-free. Our room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and absolutely no odd smells. The room's amenities were brand new and comprehensive. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – and the bathroom had continuous hot water with a great wet/dry separation. All the appliances worked smoothly, and the thoughtful design details made for an exceptionally comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Absolutely superb location with warm and thoughtful hospitality! The hotel is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to The Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The kids were delighted with the welcome gifts, which added a lovely and memorable touch to our stay. Breakfast was never a concern — just step out of the hotel and you’ll find plenty of authentic local breakfast options nearby. Hygiene: Good, clean and sanitary. Facilities: A bit old, but it is an older hotel after all. Environment: Near the airport, with a small town nearby for dining. Service: The staff are quite enthusiastic. Breakfast: Simple meals are available from 4:30 AM.

Cleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor. Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart. 4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included. The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already. I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel. Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me. I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.

This Hanting hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are new and complete. It's very clean, with no strange odors. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the congee, which was delicious and comforting. The young lady at the front desk had a wonderfully friendly attitude, thumbs up! The hotel is located near the Pudian Road subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's a great value-for-money hotel, highly recommended.

This Hanting hotel is great! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. There are plenty of bus routes nearby and the subway station is also very close, making transportation extremely convenient. The service was enthusiastic; they even gave us some snacks when we checked out. The hygiene was pretty good too. The cleaning lady on the 6th floor was particularly wonderful – so warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. The only minor drawback is that it's a multi-purpose building with both Hanting and Hanting Premium, as well as a medical aesthetics clinic and some post office workspaces. Plus, two floors are currently under renovation, so the elevators can be a bit slow to arrive, sometimes requiring a wait for several lifts, and they can get quite crowded.

The room was quite spacious and clean, with plenty of room to move around, which is pretty good for this area. The location is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, which is acceptable. Yuyuan Road is right downstairs, and during Christmas, the atmosphere was fantastic with lots of trendy people taking photos, but it wasn't noisy at all – everyone was quite respectful. They even helped me warm up my takeout in the microwave; the staff were all so nice and gentle!

Breakfast is very satisfied! The service is basically satisfactory. The only thing that feels insufficient is: after checking out, I want to use the toilet and ask us to go out far to find public meals. I said to the young people at the front desk, don't you go to the toilet? We are in our 80s, you let us go so far, you can't find it. Later, a waitress took us to the hotel next door to use the toilet. In addition, the hotel is far from the subway. Recommendation: 1. Public toilets should be set up on the first floor for easy access for passengers. 2. Consider simple pick-up and drop-off services. for reference only
