Ascott Hotels in Shanghai

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The lobby design is very stylish, and the room was clean and tidy. The biggest surprise was the welcome snacks and a thoughtful card – so many nice touches. The front desk service deserves special praise 👍, they were very professional and enthusiastic. They even upgraded my room during check-in. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!

I really have to commend this hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean; I didn't hesitate to walk around barefoot. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and a live house right across the street. I particularly want to highlight Shirley—she was incredibly responsive, almost instantly replying to all my questions. More importantly, she had an excellent attitude and helped me resolve several small issues. I genuinely feel that this level of service is quite rare. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!✌️

The accommodation in this Ascott Sunland was exceptionally comfortable, with a beautiful park nearby that we truly appreciated. The convenience of shopping malls and walking to the store made our stay even better. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the service provided was outstanding. Overall, this trip has been truly enjoyable.
