Indigo Hotels in Shanghai

A special thanks to the duty manager, Jason, for his help. He was very professional in answering my questions when I called to book a room. Since I was traveling with a child, Jason even upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The service was excellent, and the hotel's location right by the Bund is fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

My stay this time far exceeded my expectations, a definite rave review! A special thank you to LUCKY at the front desk and BOB at the restaurant. All other staff members were also polite and courteous, promptly responding to any requests. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and well-ventilated, with excellent hygiene. Bathroom amenities are complete, and hot water supply is stable. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making dining and shopping convenient. The soundproofing at night is also excellent, allowing for a very peaceful rest. Housekeeping is timely and well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hotel service is standardized, and getting around is convenient, making for an overall hassle-free experience. The food at the 500 Restaurant is delicious, and the staff are warm and attentive, making for a great dining experience. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was clean and decent. The toilet and shower were separate, which was great. The room had a balcony where you could watch fireworks, but the downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel provided mosquito repellent, but unfortunately, we only saw it on the second day, after we had already gotten several bites. Minibar: They had Schweppes and orange soda that kids could drink, which was a plus. Check-in perks (cat petting and 20% off pet boarding voucher): The cat petting didn't actually have a 20% discount; we paid the full price. It was a bit strange, as they said only the pet boarding was eligible for the discount.
