The room was spacious with a fantastic view, offering direct sights of the Bund and Pudong's 'three-piece set' (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). The location is super convenient, right next to the cruise terminal. The service was excellent; a lovely staff member even helped me retrieve a lost item, and the supervisor was very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out.

First time staying here for the Hamburg Festival. The facade isn't grand, but the service is excellent. Chris and Fanny at the reception helped me with my luggage late at night. Although parking is charged, 80 for a night in Shanghai is still acceptable. The hotel doesn't have robot delivery for food, so I had to go down myself to pick it up, which was a bit cold, but I understand the hotel's perspective; it would be hard to clarify responsibility if there were issues with the food. They helped me with everything else they could, and I'm very grateful. Also, Shanghai wasn't as cold as I imagined!

This time, my chiropractic experience was very satisfying. I especially liked the fact that I could see the smoke directly from my room and that the room was well-arranged after the delay. The hotel's location was also very convenient. Additionally, I was able to upgrade to a lake view suite, and I could communicate directly via WeChat, which also felt very convenient and appreciated. The roast lamb for breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a great stay ♡ We could see the fireworks right in front of the center, we were given a late check-out, and the hotel's convenient location was great. I booked a lake view room and was upgraded to a suite, and it was also great that I could communicate directly via WeChat. They had freshly grilled lamb chops for breakfast, which were delicious! Ichigo's reaction to a small criticism of the novel: ・There is one difference in the washing area near the entrance gate; ・Changes to the dining area: zazai waidai area; However, the number of breakfast items is small, as compared to Hangzhou's English cuisine, and the wealth of food. 也无法现做闭圆,这和英迪格品牉的位方方字; ・Product IHG's international product award, hope to have more talent in the future, more basic English language workers. I understand Chinese well, but when I saw other foreign guests couldn't get through, I was so busy translating things a few times that I was a little disappointed. I'd like to point out a few areas for improvement. - The suite has two bathrooms, but I didn't use the one closest to the entrance because it smelled like a drain. - The breakfast could use some improvement. First of all, there were too few seats, and when I arrived (around 10am), I had no choice but to sit in the bar area. I've stayed at INDIGO hotels several times in China, but compared to Hangzhou, for example, the selection is really limited... It's disappointing that even though it's an INDIGO, they can't even make an omelet in the morning... - Since IHG is an international brand, I hope they'll increase the number of English-speaking staff in the future. Although I'm a foreigner, I can speak a fair amount of Chinese, which is fine for me, but I did witness some instances where the staff had trouble communicating with some foreign guests (even when it was about incredibly basic things like not being able to make an omelet or asking how many lamb chops they wanted...). I ended up interpreting a little at breakfast, lol. The chiropractor said that the first stay was a good one, and I hope it will be even better next time. In the end, I had a relaxing stay, and I hope they can improve even more next time.
