Staying at the Indigo Jing'an was like stepping into a vintage Shanghai movie dream! The hotel perfectly blends the city's unique charm with cinematic aesthetics. The green and gold lobby, adorned with film-themed art installations, creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere – every snap looks like it's straight out of a fashion magazine. Guest rooms start at a spacious 50 square meters, elegantly designed with Shikumen-inspired headboards and retro lamps that beautifully showcase local culture. The large circular bathtub and smart bathroom fixtures were delightful surprises. The service was also impeccable. Both managers at the front desk, Lucky and Chris, were warm and attentive. Not only did they make check-in quick and efficient, but after learning I had an early train the next day, they thoughtfully helped me plan the fastest route. The concierge proactively assisted with my luggage, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Located in the heart of Jing'an, the hotel is right next to a subway station, making getting around super convenient. My overall experience far exceeded expectations; I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai! Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed at the Indigo Hotel on the Bund for the first time on our trip to Shanghai, and we truly experienced the warmth of the Shanghainese people. The hotel facilities were perfect, the hygiene was impeccable, and the environment was beautiful and comfortable. The front desk and room service staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Next time I come to Shanghai, Indigo will be my top choice.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant and comfortable! I really appreciated that breakfast was served until 12:30 PM, which is a rare and thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. During our stay, we were assigned a dedicated butler, Dave, who truly made our experience exceptional. He proactively gave us a heads-up about rainy weather and even provided tips on off-peak dining times to avoid queues. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The hotel also offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was great, although we couldn't get a lake-view room as they were fully booked. Nevertheless, the upgraded room we received was still excellent. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!
