What truly impressed us was the service; from the polite greetings at the front desk to the bellhop's proactive assistance, every detail was handled perfectly. The room was well-equipped, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. When we ordered takeout at night, a robot even delivered it directly to our door, which was both smart and thoughtful. This kind of high-quality, seamless service really made our stay exceptional!
