The room was spotless and well-equipped with disposable toiletries, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable bath towels, and earplugs. The only minor drawback might be the soundproofing, as hallway noises were quite audible, but it was generally quiet at night. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, a big plus! The bathroom featured a smart toilet, and the staff were constantly cleaning, so it was always pristine whenever I used it. It's just a short walk across the street to the subway station, a few minutes away, making transportation very convenient! This place is perfect if you're staying to catch a show.

Not bad at all. In the heart of Shanghai, where everything is expensive. It's an inner window room, quite cute actually, and they did a great job with all the signage. A really clever hotel with a good location. You definitely feel how precious land is in Shanghai. No need to book the hotel breakfast; you can just order delivery.

Very good communication via WeChat about checking in and out procedure, quick response if we needed anything or had questions. Room was very nice, big and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Shower was ok, but the water wouldn’t drain well… Overall pleasant stay in the quiet area. Would recommend 👍

The accommodation is in a fantastic area, with many places just a few minutes’ walk from the LV boat, Starbucks, Nanjing Road, and the train station. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. But what really stood out was the service — the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several accommodations available in Shanghai, and we would definitely recommend staying with them. Great location, great accommodation, and amazing service! Would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family. We would happily stay here again! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room: Facilities: Well-equipped with all appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and range hood, all from major brands. The toilet is also a smart toilet. There's a drainage sound accompanied by the toilet flushing, but it stops when no water is being used. Service: They contacted us in advance before check-in and added us to a group chat, so any issues were addressed immediately. Cleanliness: Clean. We stayed for three days and didn't request housekeeping. We also made sure not to leave it excessively messy when we left. Environment: Closest to Line 9, and Line 2 isn't far. Downstairs, there are all sorts of food options, with cuisines from all over, so you don't have to worry about not finding something you like.

Great review! It's a loft with European-style decor, located in a Shikumen alleyway. I loved the small courtyard, perfect for an evening drink. It was clean and hygienic, with one large bed, one small bed, and a sofa. There's a projector and a smart toilet, plus a kitchen fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and seasonings. A microwave is also available for heating food. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. Disposable towels are available for a fee. There's also a washing machine and a drying rack, which is excellent and very convenient for longer stays! The service was very good, and any issues were promptly resolved. It's not far from attractions like the Bund and museums. Sinan Mansions and Tianzifang are within walking distance, with the latter being particularly close and great for a stroll. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and comfortable. The sofa bed comforter was a bit thick, and the large bed's mattress was quite soft – I personally prefer a firmer bed, but everything else was great. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, close to public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions, which made getting around really convenient.The front‑desk staff provided wonderful service. They were friendly and patient. When we asked about local places to visit, they gave us many useful suggestions for nearby sights and delicious local food. Their recommendations enriched our trip a lot.In terms of cleanliness, it was acceptable. The room was generally tidy, though a few small details could be improved. Still, it did not spoil our overall experience.Check‑in and check‑out were quick and smooth. Considering the unbeatable location and thoughtful service, I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. Nice staff and location. Building built in 2009. A bit older. Needs renovation. Apartment smells of sewage most of the time. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were making me itchy, but it happens sometimes as my skin is sensitive. Washer dirty, so didn't use.

The place was so clean and close to all the places i wanted to go. Location is really convenient, and they even permitted us to order from taobao under their phone number. So kind🫶🏻

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Shanghai Railway Station. You just have to cross an underpass after exiting the subway. The ladies at the front desk were so warm and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. The room was really spacious, and the bathroom was huge too. Plus, there's a laundry room nearby offering free wash and dry services. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
