The front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly! The sheets were spotless, and the mattress was super comfortable. I loved the smart toilet seat, which was nice and warm. The little table was polished to a shine, and there was complimentary bottled water. The airport pick-up service was also excellent; after booking, I contacted the hotel, and the front desk asked me to add them on WeChat. They sent a picture with directions, and I was picked up in no time. The pick-up service runs from 7 PM to 1 AM. Drop-off is also very convenient, with shuttle buses at 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM. For other times, there's no shuttle, but you just need to wait in the lobby 10 minutes beforehand. Overall, it's very convenient and offers great value for money! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Just a few minutes' subway ride took me to the Bund for river views and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street for a vibrant atmosphere. The room was simply and cleanly furnished, and the bed was very comfortable, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The receptionist was kind and patient. The subway station was within walking distance, making it easy to get to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre for an exhibition or catch the high-speed train at Hongqiao Railway Station, saving me a lot of commuting time.

The entire facility is brand new. The room decor is simple, elegant, and odorless. The bedding and toiletries are all new. Although the room isn't huge, it's decent. The only downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby.

But this is generally a common issue with newly renovated hotels. I knocked on the wall, and they went quiet, probably not realizing I could hear them 😂. Highly recommended for off-peak travel! If you have specific needs like needing a quiet room for an exam, it's best to contact the front desk. Overall recommended~ I'll definitely come back if I need to in the future.

I came to take an exam nearby and found this newly opened hotel not far from where I was taking the exam, so I booked this hotel, thinking that since it was just an exam, I should go as far as possible. When I arrived at the hotel, I didn't expect this hotel to be so great. After arriving at the store, while waiting to check in, the lady at the front desk asked what coffee I wanted to drink and poured me a cup of coffee. What's more surprising is that hotel guests can use their rooms to go to the gym to exercise. I am a person who likes to exercise very much. After the exam in the afternoon, I came back and had nothing to do, so I went to the gym to exercise. When I got to the gym, I found that there was a swimming pool next to it. Oh my God, it is really a hotel with super cost-effectiveness. The hotel facilities are complete and the service is warm and thoughtful. I have recommended it to friends and colleagues. We booked this hotel for our high school entrance exam. It's very close to the exam venue, just a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for a midday break. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for our child's study time. Parking is available in the nearby neighborhood, and we can discuss it. The next day, our child couldn't leave until after 1:00 PM, but the front desk helped us check out at 2:00 PM.

My experience at Homeinn Ease Hotel in Tianling Road was really good. Everything was clean, the utilities worked perfectly. The room was cozy. All the personnel from the reception to the maintenance crew were so nice and helpful, specially Li Shan at the reception. He made sure that I was always confortable and gave me really good recommendations about the city, restaurants, and Chinese culture. Whenever I needed help I knew I could rely in him for answers. It was exactly the kind of experience I wanted to have when I travel to shanghai. I will stay here again next time I come back.
