Echarm Hotels in Shanghai

I chose this hotel because I enjoy running along the Bund promenade in North Bund. The transportation is super convenient; it's about a 500-meter walk from Metro Line 12. Raffles City and Magnolia Plaza are also nearby. The streets outside the hotel are very quiet as well. The hygiene is good, the lobby is clean, and they even provide drinks, coffee, and snacks.

The room was pretty good, clean, and well-equipped. All the disposable amenities you could need were provided. However, this hotel claims to be the Hongqiao Railway Station branch, but it's actually quite far from the station. I dragged my luggage for 20 minutes! The roads around Hongqiao Railway Station are like a maze, and I was so frustrated trying to find my way. I couldn't find a bus stop, and a taxi ride would have cost over 30 yuan and involved a long detour. Originally, we had plans for the next day and intended to leave our luggage at the hotel and pick it up later, but I was so tired from the walk that I just didn't want to go back. I'd rather pay 80 yuan to store my luggage at the station.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet with a wide variety of dining options and shopping malls nearby. The staff are proactive, enthusiastic, and promptly responsive to requests. They even let us use their restaurant temporarily for a meeting, which we greatly appreciated. We basically choose to stay here every time we come to Shanghai, as it's conveniently located near our business destinations. The gym and laundry room are also very convenient and meet all our needs.

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! First off, the location is easy to find. The lobby and rooms really impressed me; since it's a new hotel, the decor is modern, and all the facilities are brand new and work perfectly. I especially want to commend the cleanliness – the bedding and bathroom were spotless, absolute perfection in every detail. What truly earned extra points were the front desk staff. They greeted me with a smile from the moment I walked in, answered all my questions, and thoughtfully provided tips for getting around and dining recommendations in the area. The service was incredibly personalized. It was an experience that exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends!
