This was my first time staying at The EDITION Shanghai, and it was a wonderful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing me to fully recharge. Edric's service was by far the biggest highlight of my stay. From showing me to my room, arranging the fruit and snacks, patiently answering all my questions, to finally helping me with my luggage and seeing me off to my car, he truly set the standard for what guest relations in luxury hotels should be. Thank you, Edric! Returning to the hotel and being greeted by the familiar Le Labo 29 scent at the entrance always brought a great sense of comfort. The lemon cake in the lobby was delicious, and the complimentary amenity kit felt very luxurious. Breakfast was also excellent. I do hope The EDITION Shanghai considers adding its own spa, similar to The EDITION Singapore, especially with those amazing heated beds!
