EZZI Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport National Convention and Exhibition Center)

Hotel near Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center,Shanghai

I booked a twin room, which was quite spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful and even offered a free late check-out and an room upgrade. It was perfectly fine for a one-night stay. Being close to the road, some traffic noise is expected, but it was within my tolerance. What's great is there was no airplane noise, and it's quite close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The value for money is pretty good, and I'd definitely book this place again next time.

Our room experience was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling throughout our interactions. The nearby fast-charging station was really convenient, especially since we were visiting during the May Day holiday. Everything felt so easy and accessible. They even had a dryer and a garment steamer, which was a nice touch! 👌

My V6 membership should entitle me to a free room upgrade and breakfast, but the front desk staff coldly told me I wasn't eligible. Haha, they looked so disdainful. Having stayed in so many hotels, this so-called ”Greater Shanghai” hotel is truly awful. If it weren't for taking my child to university, I would never stay here again.
