This hotel is super convenient, really close to Longyang Road Station, and the streets around it aren't too noisy. The room was very clean, and the lighting was just right. The breakfast spread was quite good, with plenty of options. It was so easy to grab breakfast and then head to the airport! 💁🏻‍♀️

I was very satisfied. On the first floor, there's a lounge area, a laundry room, and a garment steamer. The breakfast robot can deliver directly to your room, which is super convenient. The bathroom is excellent, with the vanity, shower, and toilet all in separate spaces, ensuring no interference. The hotel is right by Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is very lively, and the Turkish restaurant across the street is delicious. Plus, there are koalas! I've saved this place and will definitely be back next time.

I stayed here with my daughter for a market stall event. The room was very clean, and the hotel's location right off the elevated highway was super convenient. When we didn't feel like going out, ordering takeout was a breeze – we could either pick it up from the front desk or have the robot deliver it to our room! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm with my daughter.

First timer in Shanghai, I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay. Even for frequent travellers, I also would recommended to stay here if you like easy access to the many places. Although not my first time here, I chose this hotel due to its easy location. It is connected to the Metro Station (Nanjing East Metro Station) which is literally above the train station building and only 1min walk. This station also bring you direct to Longyang Station which you can take the Maglev Train too with NO CHANGES on the metro. Easy peasy. The hotel is also easily located at the main Nanjing East Pedestrian Road street. Less than 10mins will bring you to The Bund. Can also easly walk to Yu Garden if not, it is just 1 metro station away. The hotel is located on the 7th floor of the mall. So it does not have much noises from the streets. We booked a normal standard double room, although small, it allows opening of at least 1 big luggage on the floor. The room comes with amenties kit and water. Hotel reception is nice and accomodating and professional too. Would definitely recommend staying here. If come back again, I would still choose to stay here, convenient, lots of shops, lots of food and restaurants and easy access to everywhere.

The room size was good, and it was clean. As a family of three (with a 4-year-old child), the deluxe king room was perfectly adequate – spacious and comfortable. The room itself was in a quiet location and had a window. Right outside, to the right, is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It's very close to The Bund; you just walk south along Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street until the end. Along the way, you'll pass Nanjing East Road Station on Metro Line 2, which is just one stop from Lujiazui Metro Station. From there, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower is directly in front, about 20 meters to the right of the exit – very close! The hotel service was also good. They provided a children's toothbrush and toothpaste set, which was a thoughtful touch. My child even said they want to stay here again next time. We added breakfast separately, and it was abundant and delicious. My child enjoyed it very much. It was a great trip overall.

I stayed one night at the Hanting Hotel Hongqiao Airport branch, and it was a pretty hassle-free experience. The room was clean and quiet, with all the basic necessities without any unnecessary frills. For a short stay like this, that 'just right' feeling is actually the most comfortable. A big plus was that the front desk proactively extended my check-out time to 2 PM, which gave me a lot of extra time. That was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a reliable stay, even a little surprisingly pleasant.

We only stayed here one night but it was a very comfortable stay. Clean room. Plenty of charging outlets for devices. Very comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. The breakfast was okay, not the best, but good enough. The location was strange and hard to navigate to. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

The newly opened Hanting Hotel boasts brand-new and clean rooms. The staff are excellent, offering polite greetings. There are robots available for convenient food delivery. The lobby is spacious and bright, with self-service charging stations, tea and coffee stations, a business work area with free document printing, and a very generous breakfast. The location is particularly convenient, being only 200 meters from the subway station and a bus stop just 20 meters to the right of the hotel entrance. A top choice for tourists, highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed at the Hanting Hotel (Shanghai Railway Station Branch) for 3 days and 2 nights, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station. My room happened to face the station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, whether you want to eat out or order takeout, and delivery was always super fast. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you'd need. Upon check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully provided various snacks, which made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. They also offer free self-service laundry and drying facilities. The staff's service attitude truly deserves special mention. One evening, I had trouble ordering takeout, and a staff member actively helped me place the order, solving my late-night snack dilemma. I'm truly grateful for his enthusiastic assistance. This stay was very pleasant. I was thoroughly satisfied with everything from the hotel facilities and service quality to the convenient location. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel team for their attentive care; I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, clean and friendly. Laundry is easy to use and detergent is preloaded. Rooms have basic amenities, toilet is modern and if you leave something behind the staff will notify you. The only issue is there is no train or subway within 100m. However there are 3-4 stations within 200-300m. Quiet and safe neighborhood so sleeping is not an issue. Helpful staff, breakfast is available on request. If you enjoy an evening stroll after dinner, there are endless options in the WuJiaoChang area, about a 20-25min stroll. Will be staying here again next time.
