I stayed at the Meilun Hotel at Shanghai Wild Animal Park. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new and complete. It's very close to the safari park, and there's also a shuttle bus service to Disneyland by appointment, which makes traveling with kids very easy. The staff provided thoughtful and meticulous service. Overall, the stay was great, very satisfying, and highly recommended for families with children!

I booked this hotel for a trip to Disney with my kids, specifically because of the shuttle service. The hotel's own service was absolutely fine, but the problem was with the shuttle. The shuttle company the hotel partnered with was terrible. In the morning, on the way to Disney, the guide on the bus started pushing us to buy her services and rent her strollers. In the evening, the same bus was responsible for picking up guests from at least four other hotels. They said the last bus would leave at 10:30 PM and there would be plenty of buses, so no need to worry about not getting a seat. However, in reality, only one large bus was prepared. It was already full by 10:10 PM before I even got to the main parking lot. No new buses ever arrived. The shuttle staff were completely disorganized; when asked when the next bus would come, they either ignored us or just said 'soon, soon'. After waiting another twenty minutes, a bus finally arrived, but the remaining people waiting for the bus were more than double its capacity. The driver opened both front and back doors simultaneously, letting everyone squeeze in without regard for who arrived first. Once on board, we found there were no seats left, so people were told to get off and wait for another bus. The third bus was the same as the second, completely swamped with people. The fourth bus didn't arrive until 10:39 PM. Those with kids who couldn't compete for seats with adults finally got on. Even then, people were still standing on the fourth bus I was on! They clearly don't consider how many guests need the shuttle service. Providing ample resources is service; making guests scramble for limited resources is not. The hotel accommodation and front desk staff were all friendly and had no issues. After I provided feedback, they apologized promptly and offered compensation. I'd give 100 points for the accommodation and hotel service, but 0 points for the shuttle service!! Hopefully...

The room was spacious, and the service was good. The subway station right outside the door made getting around and transferring very convenient. Even though it's near an overpass, there wasn't much noise. The only issue was that after the shower's water tank had a problem, the water pressure became unstable and didn't improve for two days.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we had. Our high-floor room had great natural light and ventilation, offering expansive views. The location is super convenient, just about a 15-minute walk to Metro Line 1, and there are also buses right outside, making getting around very easy. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Excellent hotel. Everything is new and smells wonderful. There's a pleasant aroma on each floor, and the bedding is clean. I wish I could have stayed longer. There are great restaurants nearby. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is absolutely perfect, really close to both the high-speed train station and the exhibition center – just a 10-minute taxi ride. The lobby has a business area, which is super convenient for printing documents. The desk in the room is spacious enough, and the internet is stable, so video calls run smoothly without any lag. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop and fast food restaurants, so even when working late, food is always available. The biggest surprise was how well soundproofed it is; despite being on a busy street, it's quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Being able to check out as late as 2 PM is a huge bonus for business travelers. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for future business trips. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling for work!
