You can park your car in the neighboring residential area, it's quite close. The slippers weren't in the closet by the entrance, but under the sink, which took some searching to find. The hygiene was pretty good, quite clean. Getting to the room from the elevator was a bit like a maze, it was hard to find. There's a construction site outside, but you can't hear it with the windows closed.

Extremely satisfied! I came for the Rhythm and Ark Knights only events during the May Day holiday this year. The Ark Knights event was in Hongqiao, so we moved here to stay for one night. We dropped off our luggage in the morning and picked it up after the Ark Knights event in the evening. The front desk lady even offered us a shuttle service to the station and gave us two bottles of water and some snacks. The room was also great, clean and comfortable. I'd rate this as an 'extra large cup' of satisfaction! I'll definitely be back next year, thumbs up!

The hotel isn't located on a main road, which is great as it's nestled right into a local alleyway, giving it an authentic Shanghai vibe. The location is fantastic, surrounded by many unique local cafes and bars, perfect for experiencing daily life in Shanghai. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small due to the building's original design. The front desk staff initially offered us an upgraded room, which we declined. Then, they offered a free upgrade, but the check-in process was a bit slow.

The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and the ambiance is great with a very high-end, modern design. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. I definitely recommend it. The large TV with screen mirroring was very convenient to use, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – their service was thoughtful and warm, and they even gave a little gift to my child. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

My overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and odorless. The bathroom area was also very well-maintained. All the in-room amenities were complete, the lighting was soft, and the layout was sensible, making the overall space feel open and not cramped. The surrounding environment was quiet, not noisy, and the soundproofing was also good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Ventilation and natural light were excellent, making the stay refreshing and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and requests were handled promptly. The value for money was outstanding, and the stay experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip and highly recommend it to others.

We booked a family suite for one night for our family of four. We wanted to extend for another night but it was fully booked. So I called the front desk, and a young man patiently told me I could book a deluxe suite, which also had a pull-out bed. The key thing was that he proactively offered to make a note for me and said if a family room became available, he would help me extend my stay in it. The day before check-in, I even received a call to confirm my room preferences. On the day of check-in, another guest checked out of a family room, and without me even asking, they had already proactively arranged for us to stay for two nights, which was truly exceptional. Let's talk about the room: the living room and bedroom are separate, which is perfect for families with an early-rising child. There's a BBQ stall right in the hotel, and the food is really good. You can pick what you want and they'll deliver it to your room door, so you don't have to wait there. We slept very comfortably, and when we left, they even prepared some snacks for the kids. When we checked out, I offered some small suggestions, and the front desk staff carefully noted them down and later called me to thank me for my feedback. A big thanks to Xiao Xu and Xiao Cai, this is a very thoughtful hotel. We will definitely book here again for our next Disney trip.

The loft suite is unique, with separate living and sleeping areas on different floors, connected by a staircase. The room layout is well-designed and very comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The staff are attentive, and the food is delicious. Definitely worth experiencing.
