Summary: Just okay (in the correct sense).
1. **Room:** Before arriving, the front desk told me they'd upgraded me to a river-view suite. While it was indeed a river-view room, the actual river view was only visible from the window near the coat rack (Picture 1). The bedroom itself only had a tiny window, and you couldn't see the river normally (Picture 2). Another point: the TVs in both the living room and bedroom were positioned to the side of the sofa and bed, so you had to crane your neck to watch, which was very uncomfortable (Pictures 3 & 4). The soundproofing in the room was poor; I could hear everything happening in the hallway clearly. Also, the room wasn't properly cleaned upon check-in (Picture 5).
2. **Dining:** The breakfast offered a wide variety, but it wasn't fresh. The wontons tasted like they had been pre-made and refrigerated, and the chocolate bread seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The room service food quality was also very poor. The fries arrived cold and were even thinner than McDonald's fries. Worst of all, they were incredibly salty; my hands were covered in salt after eating them.
3. **Service:** On the day I checked in, the room service mini-program was broken, so I couldn't place an order. I tried to call for room service, but the phone couldn't directly reach the dining department. I called the main operator, who didn't transfer me directly but said the dining department would call me back to take my order. This sounded good, but I had to wait half an hour for the callback. When I called for room cleaning, no one answered, and pressing the ”clean room” button was useless. I waited over an hour, hearing housekeepers push their carts past my door multiple times, but no one came to clean. In the end, I had to open the door and ask someone to clean it. While eating breakfast, staff would even approach me to aggressively promote their platinum annual membership.
