The room wasn't huge, but it had all the essential amenities – like the saying goes, 'small but perfectly formed.' The air conditioning was really powerful; it cooled down the entire room in no time, making for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was spot-on; the floor and bathroom were spotless, with no strange odors. The Wi-Fi speed was also very stable, with no lag when streaming videos or checking messages. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, always responding thoughtfully to any questions I had. Getting around and finding food nearby was also convenient, with snack shops and supermarkets just a short walk away. If you're too lazy to go out, you can always order delivery, and it arrives quickly. For just over 100 RMB, this place offers incredible value for an airport layover! No need to rush through the night; you can get a good night's rest and then take the shuttle to the airport the next day. It's really friendly for solo travelers catching a flight. If you're looking for a luxurious and high-end environment, this might not be suitable, but for a temporary stopover and rest, I truly recommend it!

This hotel is perfectly functional and the price was reasonable, so I can’t complain too much. However, the rooms are incredibly small and tight, and the entire property feels like it could use a significant renewal to feel fresh again. That said, the most remarkable thing about this place is its location—it’s crammed together with the metro, the Maglev, and a massive shopping mall, all squeezed into one multifunctional super-building. I’ve never seen anything like this in any other city; the sheer convenience of having everything stacked together is an experience in itself.

It's really cheap and quite clean, mainly it's a great value for money. The front desk service is also very good. For longer stays, you can even do laundry. There's a balcony, which is a big plus. It's very convenient for business trips. It's just over a kilometer by bike from the high-speed rail station, so it's very close and convenient to get anywhere. Metro Line 1 is also about a kilometer away. Downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and a cheap, tasty fast food place.

After a long journey, I found a cozy and comfortable retreat. The room was meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches throughout. The owner was very kind and created a wonderful atmosphere. It was a peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, perfect for resting and recharging for the next leg of my trip. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay there, it's quite in the countryside but we are 10 mins away by bike from a metro station line 11 or 35 min from line 13 by bike or you can take the bus and it is 20 min. The room is quite small but new and cosy the bed is also comfortable I loved it. There is a Cotti Coffee, a Luckin Coffee an Aunty Jenny and a family mart nearby. Although it is in the countryside I really like the location. Also the receptionists of the hotel was sooo nice and helped us with our luggage. The hotel is really convenient because the hotel lobby is shared with a convenience store which is really convenient I think it's a 25/7 convenience store. I recommend!

Pudding Hotel provides a place to stay. Don't have too many expectations in Shanghai. Choose an affordable place to stay. You can still try it, but it's located at the back and you need to find it.
