Ascott Hotels in Shenzhen

I chose Ascott for my family trip to Shenzhen this time, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The location is super convenient, with Raffles City Mall right downstairs and a direct entrance on the third floor. It was so easy to grab a bite! The hotel is also right next to Nanyou Metro Station, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, perfect for families with kids, and fully equipped with a washer and dryer, smart TV + high-speed WiFi. The minibar has drinking water, and the kitchen has a microwave and induction cooker. The gym on the top floor has brand-new equipment, there's a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour attentive room service. Lily's service, in particular, was a pleasant surprise – professional and warm! I'll definitely choose Ascott again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

A great value-for-money staycation option for Hong Kong expats! It's so rare to find such a peaceful spot in Shenzhen, away from the hustle and bustle. I arrived a bit late and they even upgraded me to a suite – big thanks to Fiona and Yoyo! Communication via WeChat was super efficient and private, unlike some other hotels where my husband almost got divorced on the spot! The breakfast is delicious, there's a bar, and it's not even expensive. What more could you ask for?
