Echarm Properties in Shenzhen

Facilities: Excellent, all new and complete. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: The location in Huaqiangbei is great, and there's a large shopping mall nearby for convenient shopping, offering everything you could need. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, only a few hundred meters away. The front desk service was excellent too. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

The location is not very strategic, as there is limited train route in this area, so basically you have to ride Didi transport to the tourist attraction areas. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room is quite comfy, just one little discomfort point is that most of the time, you might smell someone smoking nearby although you stay in a non-smoking area or room, so this might not be best choice for pregnant ladies or kids.

The room is consistent with the pictures, all are smart and convenient. The bedsheets are a bit dusty, I don't know if they haven't been changed or what, but they still feel a bit dirty. The service attitude of the front desk lady who checked in in the afternoon was not very good. The hotel facilities are relatively clean, and the breakfast is OK

It's very convenient to stay during a business trip and the location is easy to find. It's also easy to find near the restaurant.
