Great location in Bagualing – what a fun name! The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke softly. My only minor gripe is that breakfast ends a bit early; it would be nice if they extended the hours on weekends.

Terrible review! A farce caused by the hotel's unilateral breach of contract. This stay was utterly outrageous. I never imagined booking a hotel would lead to calling the police; my good mood was completely ruined. I booked a windowless special offer room through Ctrip a week in advance. Upon check-in, I was informed that this room type was unavailable. The hotel proactively offered an upgrade to a room with a window, which, although unexpected, I accepted at the time. What's baffling is that the next day, the hotel contacted my foreign friend of Chinese descent. Because my friend didn't answer an unfamiliar call in time, and despite calling back immediately to explain after learning the situation, they were told they had to switch back to a windowless room. The hotel even offered to arrange staff to move their luggage, with a rigid attitude and no room for negotiation. I explicitly rejected this unreasonable demand, as the hotel has no right to unilaterally change the room type after an order is confirmed. During the communication, the hotel's attitude became increasingly hostile, leaving me no choice but to call the police for help. The first police officer who arrived couldn't mediate a resolution, and then two more officers were dispatched to intervene, which was time-consuming and exhausting. It wasn't until Ctrip was contacted and intervened that the issue was finally resolved under their coordination. The room type issue was simply due to the hotel selling out rooms in advance without proper arrangements or prior notification. Overall, the hotel environment is good, and it offers value for money, but the front desk staff's communication attitude was arrogant and rude. The hotel is definitely responsible. The hotel's actions completely disregarded consumer rights. First, they couldn't provide the booked room type, then they unilaterally demanded a downgrade and swap, and lacked basic respect during communication. If the police and Ctrip hadn't intervened, who knows how long this harassment would have continued. Strongly unrecommended, avoid this place!

The room was very clean overall, the service was excellent, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, the location was close to the subway station, and there were many restaurants nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay.
