Indigo Hotels in Shenzhen

This hotel truly stands out with its thoughtful design, both in its exterior and interior decor, creating a grand and impressive ambiance. Its location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters walk from Metro Line 1, which is great for catching flights. This time, I was just passing through Shenzhen and stayed for a night, checking in late and leaving at 6 AM the next day. It was a whirlwind visit, so I missed out on experiencing the glamorous restaurant, which is a bit of a shame. I'll save that for next time. The room itself was spotless and well-designed, and the city lights from the balcony at night were beautiful. If only Shenzhen nights had a cool breeze, it would have been absolutely perfect. Of course, I also want to offer some suggestions for improvement, just to show my genuine appreciation for the hotel. First, ordering food in the evening was a bit inconvenient. With both a concierge desk and a delivery locker, you have to notify the hotel when your delivery arrives for the robot to bring it up. For busy guests at night, this can be a bit of a hassle. Perhaps guests could be prompted to specify 'deliver to concierge' when ordering, which would streamline the process. Also, the breakfast policy could be more flexible. Since we had an early flight the next day, we were worried about waking up on time and asked if we could add breakfast spontaneously. However, we were told that adding breakfast on the day itself would cost an additional 30 yuan compared to booking it at check-in. From my experience, many five-star hotels don't have such a policy, so it might be worth reviewing. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth another stay. I'll be traveling between Hong Kong frequently soon, and I'll consider staying here again when I'm transiting.
