"I enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. Quiet and easy access. Room layout and amenities were functional and suffice a trip on business. Ample parking space, however, when occupancy rate is high then it becomes an issue. Was surprised that the city water supply is not hard water. Housekeeping is very diligent that cleans twice a day... Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip!"
"The room was spacious, considering its height. However, the bathroom was small and the dry and wet areas were poorly separated, so shower water would leak onto the toilet floor. The breakfast menu was extensive. Overall, the room didn't match the amenities."
"Prima hotel voor 43 euro. Nette kamer maar ondanks dat wij hadden gevraagd stilte kamer en zeker geen kamer waar in gerookt was. Hadden we kamer bij de weg. Lawaai!!! Zatte lui en lawaai van de auto. Maar vieze rooklucht jn de kamer en beddengoed. Zo jammer...."
"The uncle at the front desk does not speak English very much, and he speaks German. Then I stayed in the room for a week. The room card was all a few days ago. I had to go to the front desk to re-swipe it every day. Room facilities are relatively simple. Breakfast is not bad, the scenery near the hotel is also OK. But the traffic is not convenient, you have to drive or take a taxi when you go out, and it is far from eating and the pedestrian street."
"Yes, five minutes walk is aldi, and five minutes walk is a commercial food pedestrian street. The location is good. The hotel has a dedicated paid parking lot. The surrounding environment is quiet and suitable for driving."
"This is a very traditional hotel, and the facilities in the room reveal simplicity. Advantages: The room is large, opposite the sindelfingen train station, and the bus goes directly to the largest corporate office building in the local area. Service standard. Breakfast is good. Although it is close to the train station, it is basically not noisy. There is a ”light luxury” supermarket aldi nearby, and it takes more than ten minutes to buy dumplings. There is also a big shopping mall nearby, just a few minutes walk from the local city center.
Disadvantages: The furniture in the room is old, the WiFi signal is poor (the bathroom in the room is better than the writing desk, it is speculated that the AP is in the aisle), WiFi or WiFi 4, which matches the furniture in the room. Parking is 14 euros a day, and the garage is basically full on Tuesday and Wednesday."
"The hotel is relatively new, clean and tidy, with rich breakfast food. There is a big supermarket behind the hotel, and there is a big park not far from the hotel, where you can go for a stroll or jog on weekends.
The only thing is that the check-in is in the afternoon. I took an early flight to Stuttgart and wanted to rest in the hotel. I had to pay an extra 15 euros to check in at 12 noon!"
"– Extremely Disappointed with My Stay
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after a recent stay at Mercury Hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in years.
1. Room Condition – Far from What Was Advertised
The photos on the website looked great, but the reality was shocking. The room was small, outdated, and poorly cleaned.
2. Customer Service – Cold and Unhelpful
The front desk staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I ask for water they didnt give.
3. Breakfast
It was included in the stay but it was really poor."
"Very good. Clean and comfortable...Breakfast is not bad to eat bread jam every day"
