"Everything was simply superb, I'd rate the hotel a 5, and in terms of value for money, it's a 5+++! You can walk to the beach in 20-25 minutes, and there are tons of cafes and bars nearby. A 7/11 is no more than 300 meters away. The lobby has a cafe and a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, and kettle (it's both a hotel and a hostel, offering both dorms and private rooms with amenities). They have bikes and scooters for rent, and right at the exit, they sell excursions at a great price for guests. We even got a discount on tickets to Phi Phi Island. My overall rating is 5+++."

Our stay at The Village Poshtel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the very moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and delicious homemade muffins, which immediately made us feel special and relaxed.
The staff deserves the highest praise — incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were impeccably clean at all times, with the bed perfectly made every day. Towels were fresh, spotless, and changed daily, which truly added to the feeling of comfort and care. Bottled water, coffee, and tea were consistently replenished, showing great attention to detail.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the apartment was simply beautiful — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The overall ambiance of The Village Poshtel is so warm and inviting that you truly feel at home, or even better than at home.
As a final, thoughtful touch, we were sent off with the same delicious muffins and a lovely souvenir mug, which perfectly reflected the generosity and heart behind this place.
This was truly an unforgettable experience. We would return here without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend The Village Poshtel to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a little piece of paradise.

I arrived to the sister hostel by mistake and they had a staff member collect me and carry my rucksack for me, fantastic service after travelling in from boat. Hostess very polite and welcoming. Youngest staff member very funny and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay
A very well air conditioned common area that led to a kitchen that had snacks and basic food completely complimentary. A nice touch for no extras charge.
You can hear music from the beach clubs in the distance but you are far enough out that it’s peaceful and away from the chaos of phiphi main strip.
If I’m ever back on the island I know exactly where I’d stay. Thank you.

LLeoLeoA nice hotel nestled among the cliffs. Small, clean houses and a café, open until 8 p.m. There's a sauna, a pool, and affordable massages on site. The grounds are very quiet; squirrels scamper across the rooftops in the mornings. 3G is the only available connection, but local Wi-Fi is reliable throughout the property. The hotel is suitable for retreats and yoga classes.

GGuest UserPleasant ten room hotel situated on a quiet road not far from the main and touristy area. The rooms have recently undergone renovation. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle and coffee sachets provided. Small balcony area also. There is a bar downstairs where the owner will put sports events on the TV if you would like to watch something.

It’s outside and full of mosquitoes. It’s cheap here tho is nothing much to ask but I would definitely feel it’s better to stay in a 4 bed dorm. And the ac inside the 6 bed dorm us broken. We asked the reception couple of times and it was not fixed l.

SSandra María LópezThe hotel was clean, modern, and very well organized. The room felt fresh and comfortable, and everything was kept in great condition. The staff — especially the lady at the front — was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.
One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so you do need to walk up the stairs. Also, if you’d like to visit the river area, it’s a bit of a walk. However, there is a 7-Eleven conveniently located nearby, which is very helpful.
Overall, a clean and modern place with friendly service.

We had a wonderful stay at Anda Sea, perfectly located just steps from the beach with its array of fantastic restaurants. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a TV and fridge (though no safe deposit box). The two single mattresses pushed together effortlessly and were incredibly comfortable, topped with crisp white linen that felt like luxurious Egyptian cotton.
The powerful air conditioning chilled the room beautifully, ensuring restful nights. The shower had decent pressure, but as it’s not an electric unit, hot water occasionally ran low on busier days. Complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.
Breakfast isn’t included in the rate, but the communal kitchen downstairs offers bottomless complimentary coffee and toast. You’ll find a hot water urn, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, and a large shared fridge. Nearby, they sell drinks like Chang beer and Schweppes soda via an honesty box system—super convenient!
The staff were exceptional, with Jeera going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This spot delivers great value for beach lovers seeking comfort and friendliness.

AAndy Black12349A nice, basic hotel located about 950 metres from the arrival pier - roughly a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The room was small and the walls were quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard. I wear sleeping earplugs, so once they were in, I didn’t hear anything and slept fine.
There is free coffee available in reception in the morning, and complimentary water is provided in the room. The room was not cleaned daily, but as I was only staying for two nights, this wasn’t an issue for me.
The only downside for me was the bed - it was the firmest (almost concrete-like!) mattress I’ve slept on in 22 years in Thailand.

EELL❤️It's a bit far from the ferry pier, making it a little hard to reach, especially if it's your first time visiting. The hotel is okay; it has a homey feel and provides a sense of privacy. However, it could improve in terms of amenities, as there were none provided. At the very least, it would be nice to have slippers available.
In my room, the fridge wasn't working, which could be problematic during the summer. Thankfully, I brought my own amenities, so I managed to make do. The bar area is nearby, and you can hear the music, which might be an issue if you're sensitive to sound while trying to sleep. For me, it wasn't a big deal, but it might not be the best choice for everyone.
