CCLIFFORD BRUCEClean, well run hostel. Room was good & staff tidied it every day. Kitchen was large and well equipped.
The only criticism I have is that kitchen was filled with teenage school groups that swooped in occupied the kitchen,, leaving no room for others.
I can't blame the hostel for that as it is important for their business, but I did feel pushed out by the groups.

いいがっこEven though we stayed for consecutive nights, the room was cleaned properly, and the bed was made after check-out. The toilet was also well-cleaned, so we were able to use it comfortably.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic time staying at this hotel. We got there late and ended up parking off site. But management was great and we enjoyed free parking for the rest of the stay. It's absolutely very convenient, walking distance to to all major places of interest and restaurant as well.Hotel room was big .clean and comfortable

DDhrjEverything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

EEliossThe room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport.
The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

The location is in the heart of Montreal's old city center, so it was easy to visit various attractions. However, the public restroom was not well maintained, so I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my stay.

GGuest UserI booked this room because the hotel is close to the airport. The hotel website specifies that there is a 24/7 shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 AM. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the shuttle and the staff told us that there is no shuttle. He said that he had been working there for 2 years and there is never a shuttle. I persist and ask to speak to the manager without success. Very very disappointed with this false advertising. Very bad experience. Hotel not recommended.
