2-Star Hotels in Montreal

I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport, though a bit far from downtown, which was fine for my short stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and check-out took less than two minutes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I booked through Trip and got a good last-minute deal. Overall, great value for money. I’d stay here again.

Even though we stayed for consecutive nights, the room was cleaned properly, and the bed was made after check-out. The toilet was also well-cleaned, so we were able to use it comfortably.

I like the location, convenient, just a few minutes walk to the metro. Rooms are kept very clean, lovely services. Just a tiny thing, the reviews about the walls are thin is true….. we can hear the tv of our neighbours and all that. But glad to have a bunch of lovely people around when we were there as well. Wasn’t much noise in the night so had a good rest.

Clean room, kind staff. Bagels, muffins, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereals , and some fruits for breakfast.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and sightseeing points, making it very convenient. However, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and the strong smell of oil paint was uncomfortable. Better ventilation or scheduling renovations during low occupancy periods could help. Additionally, there was a lack of communication among the staff. Despite informing them of our stay duration, we were asked a few times if we were checking out on our second day, and a staff member even entered our room without knocking. Improving internal communications and ensuring staff knocking before entering rooms would enhance the guest experience. Overall, wow, the location is great, addressing this issues would significantly improve the stay.

The room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport. The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

They don't have car park, it costs us cad 45 for the closer parking lot which allows our vehicle in and out for one time only. More over, they don't have lift and assistance for your luggages moving to your room.

The place was recently renovated, super clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I wish there was a mirror in the main part of the room, there was no outlet in the bathroom, so I couldn’t blow dry or style my hair, for one night, not a big deal, but am glad I showered before going and didn’t rely on the space for that.

Overall, it wasn't bad. The service was friendly enough to help me resolve the double payment issue. The location is in the heart of Montreal's old city center, so it was easy to visit various attractions. However, the public restroom was not well maintained, so I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my stay.
