Very clean hostel, staff are all awesome and super friendly. Events happen downstairs all the time, and there's a real sense of community. Backpackers filter in and out. There are plenty of working spaces and alternative bathrooms, which is good because many rooms have 10+ people. Earplugs and a sleep mask are definitely must haves, but luckily the former is provided for free. Towels and toiletries are available, but not great. Breakfast is just bagels and bread, but still incredibly convenient. There are small luggage lockers, but you need your own lock, and they won't fit suitcases by any means. Overall I highly recommend--great place great location and great people.

We had a great stay here! Adam was very kind and welcoming. He allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our luggage, and he even helped us carry everything to the room. The room is small, but comfortable and perfect for two people. Shampoo, body wash, and towels were provided. There’s a lovely café downstairs, and the coffee was excellent. Please note that there is a $200 deposit, which must be paid by credit card. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. Out of all the places we stayed over the past few days, this was the most comfortable. Highly recommended! 👍

Fantastic hostel, more line a hotel but still keeping backpackers vibe, not a bad word i can say, lovely staff, cheerful, positive and helpful, hot tub on the roof! Bar with pool, super comfortable beds with lots of space and storage, atm, kitchen, regular organised events … I stopped over for one night before my flight and was sad to leave.. I highly recommend this beautiful place and i will return!

Even though we stayed for consecutive nights, the room was cleaned properly, and the bed was made after check-out. The toilet was also well-cleaned, so we were able to use it comfortably.

There was a Chinese-speaking Mr. Wu at the reception desk in the lobby. We were worried about not being able to speak French. When Mr. Wu heard us speaking Chinese, he enthusiastically helped and said I can speak Chinese too! Helped us in Chinese throughout and taught us how to park and ride! Parking gave us a discount! Really thank him for his help! Saves a lot of trouble!Although the hotel is poorly cleaned! But the service was really good! Mr. Wu thank you 👍

It was cleaner than I expected, and the room had a refrigerator, desk, locker, and chair. I only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable, so I'd like to stay again.

Very good location, service is also very good, it is indeed a few compatriots who are very thoughtful to help you when you have questions. The free parking space that I worried about before check-in is also perfect. Just leave the key to facilitate the staff to move the car when needed. McGill University and the Old Port can be reached on foot, a very cost-effective accommodation option.

The room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport. The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.
