GGuest UserGreat hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable. The location is central, just be mindful of the junkies outside. Not all will agree but there are too many pot heads in the smoking area that give this skunk smell outside. And I didn't appreciate that we couldn't access the balcony, apparently to 'protect' residents from the noise(??). Now this is weird, allowing ***** everywhere but not travellers chatting on balconies. Then do not advertise the balconies maybe?

HhappymouseVery good location, service is also very good, it is indeed a few compatriots who are very thoughtful to help you when you have questions. The free parking space that I worried about before check-in is also perfect. Just leave the key to facilitate the staff to move the car when needed. McGill University and the Old Port can be reached on foot, a very cost-effective accommodation option.

EEliossThe room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport.
The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

GGuest UserI booked this room because the hotel is close to the airport. The hotel website specifies that there is a 24/7 shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 AM. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the shuttle and the staff told us that there is no shuttle. He said that he had been working there for 2 years and there is never a shuttle. I persist and ask to speak to the manager without success. Very very disappointed with this false advertising. Very bad experience. Hotel not recommended.

GGuest UserOverall, it wasn't bad. The service was friendly enough to help me resolve the double payment issue. The location is in the heart of Montreal's old city center, so it was easy to visit various attractions. However, the public restroom was not well maintained, so I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my stay.
