GGuest UserNice clean rooms with comfy bed. Spacious and clean workout room. Only issue is the rumbling of trucks on the highway all night. Not good for light sleepers but maybe ask for a room on other side of hotel.

いいがっこEven though we stayed for consecutive nights, the room was cleaned properly, and the bed was made after check-out. The toilet was also well-cleaned, so we were able to use it comfortably.

GGuest UserConvenient transportation, 3 minutes walk to the subway station, convenient to various attractions. There is also Orlean Express long-distance station nearby, only 3 minutes walk, convenient to visit Quebec City, and you can go back and forth on the same day. There is a supermarket nearby. Nice simple breakfast, free coffee and juice are provided all day, the room is clean, comfortable and quiet, there is an elevator, the only biggest drawback is that there is no washing and drying equipment for guests to use, the front desk is friendly and kind.

TtrulyzhenThe hotel name was different from the one I booked on Ctrip. I searched Google Maps several times and finally checked the door number before I dared to go in. It's comparable to Home Inn hotels in China, with great value for money. It's very convenient to walk 200 meters to the three-rail interchange station.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and sightseeing points, making it very convenient.
However, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and the strong smell of oil paint was uncomfortable. Better ventilation or scheduling renovations during low occupancy periods could help.
Additionally, there was a lack of communication among the staff. Despite informing them of our stay duration, we were asked a few times if we were checking out on our second day, and a staff member even entered our room without knocking. Improving internal communications and ensuring staff knocking before entering rooms would enhance the guest experience.
Overall, wow, the location is great, addressing this issues would significantly improve the stay.

EEliossThe room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport.
The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

GGuest UserOverall, it wasn't bad. The service was friendly enough to help me resolve the double payment issue. The location is in the heart of Montreal's old city center, so it was easy to visit various attractions. However, the public restroom was not well maintained, so I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my stay.

GGuest UserI booked this room because the hotel is close to the airport. The hotel website specifies that there is a 24/7 shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 AM. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the shuttle and the staff told us that there is no shuttle. He said that he had been working there for 2 years and there is never a shuttle. I persist and ask to speak to the manager without success. Very very disappointed with this false advertising. Very bad experience. Hotel not recommended.
