Anonymous UserIn Old Montreal, you have to take the subway, but there is a cathedral, a park mart, and several restaurants nearby. Room condition was good. However, I had to pay a security fee of 200 Canadian dollars. It was inconvenient to hear that it took some time to get a refund.

Guest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal from April 3–5, 2026 was an overall very positive experience.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions without any hassle. The suite-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day out. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which added a nice touch of comfort and privacy.
The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a solid variety of hot options like eggs, meats, and potatoes, not just a basic continental spread. It definitely set a good tone for the day. The evening reception was another highlight the happy hour drinks were excellent, with a great selection and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Staff were helpful, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient.
If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast time, but that’s expected given its popularity.
Also the parking was a bit pricey .
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Montreal. I would gladly stay here again.

Guest UserBest location:
Within 2 minutes walk to metro station Berri UQAM ( orange line) connecting to green and yellow lines of metro. Airport bus stop is within minutes from this metro station.
Major tourist attractions like Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, Jacques-Cartier ( old Montreal) are within 25 minutes walking distances. from the hotel. It took us less than 15 minutes walking from the hotel, so we went to a very popular bakery shop - Coco in China town for buying freshly baked bread almost every day of our stay at the hotel.
Besides that, countless restaurants, pubs, shops, a few theatre along the Sainte-Catherine Street. The most amazing thing is a big supermarket is just within the same building ( 1 minute from the hotel lobby) where we can buy drinking water and fruits always and small gift items ( maple syrup etc) as well at reasonable prices.
Services: staff are friendly and helpful
Size of room: very spacious, we stayed for a 2 queen beds room. The sofa & a small table is fantastic.
On the whole, the hotel is well decorated, clean and neat. It does not have much facilities like a 4/5 star hotel, but Starbucks , the surrounding restaurants, fast food ( ie McDonald ) and ready made food ( sandwiches /salad/roasted chicken/ sushi etc) in supermarket can always feed the hotel guests.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. It’s not that new but very cozy and clean.
They have 24hrs coffee, tea, water, which is really great.
And the welcome gift (snacks) is really helpful if you arrives late but don’t want to eat outside or heavy.

We reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience.
We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT!
Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment.

ShanqingquanlengThe location is excellent! Turn right out of the hotel and you're in Chinatown, making it super convenient for food and shopping. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the Old Town and Old Port, and Notre-Dame de la Garde is about 300 meters straight ahead. The train station and metro station are also within walking distance. The hotel's overall environment and hygiene are good. The decor feels a bit dated, and the bathroom's ventilation system is quite noisy, as is the air conditioning when it's on. Also, for a family of three, there were no breakfast options for three people – only for two, four, or no breakfast at all. So, we didn't get to try it and can't comment on it.

Guest UserCheck-in was incredibly chaotic; the attendant seemed very flustered and kept jumping between guests. It took us 45 minutes to get our room keys. We also didn't receive much information about parking, and the valet service is overpriced.

Guest UserThere is no breakfast, the service is average, and a deposit is required when checking in, and the deposit is returned when checking out, which is obviously troublesome and inconvenient for guests. Room inspection is required every time you check out.
